vehicles must be put into service mode. Failure to

follow the vehicle manufacturer’s service procedure

can result in steering loss.

• Draper tools accepts no responsibility for incorrect

installation of steering components.

3. Instruction for Use

1. Access the track rod and then allow the track rod to

pass through the hollow body (A) until the head of the

tool (B) meets the steering joint (C).

2. Use either a 27mm spanner or ½” square drive to turn

the tool anti-clockwise to loosen the steering joint.

3. Reverse the process with the new joint.
