INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Guardian Motorcycle Cover Alarm

WARNING
Please read and understand these instructions completely before installation to avoid possible injury to yourself or
damage to the accessory or vehicle.
Step 1 Step 2 Step 3
Set alarm upright on surface and
ensure switch on side of alarm is in
“down” position. Ensure pin is inserted
into device.
Use Philips head screwdriver to
remove back panel and expose battery
compartment.
Install one 9v battery (not included)
and replace back panel.
Step 4 Step 5
WARNING
With the switch in the “down” position,
test the alarm by pulling the pin. Alarm
is very loud -- consider using hearing
protection when testing.
When you pull the pin, the alarm
should sound. Insert the pin back into
the device to turn off the alarm.
If the switch is moved to the “up” po-
sition, the alarm will sound even with
the pin inserted. Flip switch to “down”
to turn off.
