The DOCKCASE M.2 smart portable SSD enclosure

Notes
1. After insta lled the SSD, please make sure that the
cover is installed correctly and don't cover the SSD
enclosure with objects that prevent heat
dissipation;
2. To ensure the connection is normal, pl~ase use the
data cable to connect the 550 enclosure first, and
then connect it to the computer;
3. The upstream port transfer rate of the
specification is the maximum transfer rate, and
the actual transfer rate may vary depending on
your host and 5S0;
4. It is normal for the SSD enclosure to generate heat
and a slight electric current noise during normal
operation;
5. SSD enclosure may still work for a while after
disconnecting from the computer. If reconnecting
at this time may cause the connection to fail, it is
recommended to reconnect after 5S0 enclosure
screen off more than 10sec;
6. When the screen displays "Data Transfering", it
means that the SSD is performing read and write
operations, do not disconnect it;
7. The warranty does not cover the accessories that
come with the SSO enclosure.

The main page will be displayed after the product
starts normally. The displayed information is
explained as follows.
l . Power Loss Protection (PLP)
Display the charging progress of the capacitor
for power loss protection. Gray indicates that it
has not been ready due to insufficient energy.
Red, yellow and green respective ly indicate
different charging stages.
When power loss protection is available, "Xsec
PLP Ready• will be displayed, which means that
there is currently Xsec power loss protection
time . The maximum duration is related to the
product model, SSO power consumption and
working status.

2. SSO information and working status
Display the SSD size, protocol, current
maximum rate, 550 brand and model.
3. SSD health status information
The data here is provided by S.M.A.R.T. of SSO,
which will display the estimated remaining life
(percentage), total power-on hours, and health
status of the SSD.
4. SSD partit ion information
Display the size of each partition and the total
number of partitions of the SSO.

After the SSD enclosure is started, 0-Key button can
realize the operation of the SSO enclosure
firmware· , the specific operations are as follows:
l . Main page
Double click- rotate the display direction ;
long press- until "About Me" appears and
release it to enter the corresponding page;
2. About Me page
Short press- switch control options ;
long press- for 3 seconds and immediately
release it to apply/modify the options on the right of
the cursor.
Note: The display will be back to main page if there
is no operation within lOsecs. Some configuration
will be actrve after restart.
