eective as European law on February 13th 2003, resulted in an all out change
in the disposal of disused electro devices. The primarily purpose of this directive
is the avoidance of electrical waste (WEEE) and at the same time the support of
recycling and other forms of recycling in order to reduce waste. The WEEE-logo
on the device and the package indicates that the device should not be disposed

Description
This solid metal mobile rack by Delock can be installed into a 5.25″ bay of a PC,
IPC or server enclosure and enables the operation of up to 4 2.5″ SATA or SAS
HDD or SSD.
Quick change of memory
Due to the special mechanism, the HDD / SSD can be exchanged quickly and
easily. For example, data backups can be taken and stored in a safe place.
Tray with key lock and springs
The mobile rack is equipped with a key lock to prevent unauthorised access. The
stable carrier of metal has springs on the top and bottom which reduce vibrations.
Ecient cooling for the drives
Large ventilation openings on the top and bottom of the Delock mobile frame
ensures excellent airow. An integrated fan at the rear provides additional air
circulation, delivering optimal cooling performance for the drives.

Safety instructions
• Protect the product against moisture
• Avoid static electricity when installing the product
• When removing the HDD from the mobile rack, pay attention to the HDD, which
could have a high temperature.
Hardware Installation
1. Turn o your PC and unplug the power cord.
2. Open the housing.
3. Remove the panel from the available 5.25″ bay.
4. Insert the mobile rack into the bay and screw it to the housing.
5. Connect your SATA data cable to the mobile rack and to the free ports of your
computer.
6. Connect a SATA power cable of your power supply to the mobile rack.
7. Reattach the housing and connect the power cord to the AC adapter.
Installation
1. With the key you can open each bay of the mobile rack. Turn it 90° clockwise.
2. To open the bay, move the slider to the right, then the tray opens. Pull the
intray out of the mobile rack and screw your 2.5″ hard drive to the respective
bay of the mobile rack.
3. Switch on your computer.
4. The hard disk drives will be found automatically and the device can be used
immediately.
5. Pull the switch to open the mobile rack in order to remove the HDD from the
mobile rack.

Installation matérielle
1. Eteignez votre PC et débranchez le cordon d'alimentation.
2. Ouvrez le boîtier.
3. Enlevez le panneau de la baie 5.25″ disponible.
4. Insérez le rack mobile dans la baie et vissez le dans son logement.
5. Connecter votre câble de données SATA au rack mobile et aux ports
disponibles de votre ordinateur.
6. Connecter un câble d'alimentation SATA au rack mobile.
7. Remontez le boîtier et branchez le cordon d'alimentation et l'adaptateur AC.
Installation
1. Avec la clé, vous pouvez ouvrir chaque baie du rack mobile. Tournez-la par
90° vers la droite.
2. Pour ouvrir la baie, faites glisser le loquet vers la droite, le tiroir s’ouvre. Tirer
le plateau vers l'extérieur du rack mobile et visser votre disque dur 2.5″ à la
baie correspondante du rack mobile.
3. Allumez votre ordinateur.
4. Les lecteurs de disque dur seront trouvés automatiquement et l’appareil sera
alors disponible.
5. Tirez le levier pour ouvrir le rack mobile an de retirer le DD du rack mobile.

• Beim Entfernen der Festplatte aus dem Wechselrahmen achten Sie darauf, dass
die Festplatte sehr heiß sein könnte.
Hardwareinstallation
1. Schalten Sie Ihren PC aus, ziehen Sie das Netzkabel.
2. Önen Sie das Gehäuse.
3. Entfernen Sie die Blende vom gewünschten freien 5.25″ Schacht.
4. Stecken Sie den Wechselrahmen in den Schacht und schrauben diesen an
den Seiten fest.
5. Verbinden Sie Ihre SATA Datenkabel mit dem Wechselrahmen und den freien
Anschlüssen an Ihrem Computer.
6. Verbinden Sie ein SATA Stromkabel Ihres Netzteils mit dem Wechselrahmen.
7. Schließen Sie das Gehäuse wieder und verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit dem
Netzteil.
Installation
1. Mit dem Schlüssel können Sie den jeweiligen Schacht des Wechselrahmens
önen. Drehen Sie diesen 90° im Uhrzeigersinn.
2. Zum Önen eines Schachts, schieben Sie den Schieber nach rechts,
danach springt sofort der Einschub auf. Ziehen Sie den Einschub aus
dem Wechselrahmen und schrauben Sie Ihre 2.5″ Festplatten an den
entsprechenden Einschub des Wechselrahmens.
3. Schalten Sie den Computer ein.
4. Die Festplatten werden sofort erkannt und Sie können das Gerät sofort
verwenden.
5. Ziehen Sie an der Önungstaste, um die Festplatte aus dem Wechselrahmen
zu entfernen.

Hardware Instalación

6. Conecte un cable de alimentación de SATA de su fuente de alimentación al
bastidor móvil.
7. Vuelva a colocar la carcasa y conecte el adaptador de CA del cable de
alimentación.
Instalación
1. Con la llave puede abrir cada bahía del bastidor móvil. Gírela 90° hacia la
derecha.
2. Para abrir la bandeja, deslice el control hacia la derecha y la bandeja se
abrirá. Tire de la bandeja interna fuera del bastidor móvil y atornille su disco
duro de 2.5″ a la respectiva bahía del bastidor móvil.
3. Encienda su PC.
4. Las unidades de disco duro se detectarán automáticamente y el dispositivo
se podrá utilizar de inmediato.
5. Tire del conmutador para abrir el bastidor móvil para quitar el disco duro de
dicho bastidor.

Instalace hardware
1. Vypněte PC a odpojte přívodní šňůru napájení.
2. Otevřte kryt PC.
3. Vyjměte záslepný panel z volné 5.25″ pozice.
4. Vložte výměnný rámeček do pozice a přišroubujte jej k rámu.
5. Připojte váš SATA datový kabel k výměnému rámečku a k volnému portu
vašeho počítače.
6. Připojte SATA kabel vašeho zdroje k výměnému rámečku.
7. Nasaďte zpět kryt a připojte napájecí šňůru.
Instalace
1. Klíčem můžete otevřít jednotlivé pozice výměnného rámečku. Otočte jím o
90° ve směru hodinových ručiček.
2. Pro otevření pozice posuňte posuvník doprava – tác se pak otevře. Vytáhněte
šuplík z výměného rámečku a přišrubujte 2.5″ HDD do dané pozice.
3. Zapněte počítač.
4. Harddisk bude rozpoznán automaticky a může být používán okamžitě.
5. Pro otevření mobilního rámečku vytáhněte spínač.

Installazione
1. Con la chiave si può aprire ogni bay del rack mobile. Ruotarlo di 90° in senso
orario.
2. Per aprire lo slot, spostare il cursore verso destra, così il vassoio si apre.
Tirare fuori il cestello dal rack mobile e avvitare il disco rigido da 2.5″ ai
rispettivi bay del rack mobile.
3. Accendere il computer.
4. Le unità del disco rigido saranno rilevate automaticamente e la periferica può
essere utilizzata immediatamente.
5. Tirare l'interruttore per aprire il rack mobile per poter rimuovere l'HDD dal rack
mobile.

ur mobilstativet och skruva fast din 2.5” hårddisk i respektive enhetsfack på
mobilstativet.
3. Slå på datorn.
4. Hårddiskenheterna detekteras automatiskt och du kan börja använda enheten
genast.
5. Dra i brytaren för att öppna det mobila racket och ta ut hårddisken från det
mobila racket.
