Installation:

A) Power Connections

1. The surge protector must be plugged into a properly grounded outlet.

2. Plug all connected equipment directly into the surge protector.

Important Safety Instructions:

DO NOT connect to an ungrounded outlet. DO NOT use with 2-wire

extension cords or adapters. This surge protector is designed for indoor

use only. Install the surge protector away from heat emitting appliances

such as radiators or heat generators. Do not install where excessive

moisture is present.

Never install electrical or telephone wiring during a lightning storm.

DO NOT USE FOR MEDICAL, LIFE SUPPORT EQUIPMENT OR OTHER

HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES.

B) Mounting the Surge Protector

You can mount the surge protector to a vertical surface with just two screws

(not included), using the eye loops provided at the backside of the Protector.

Illuminated when the surge protection feature is working properly.

Troubleshooting

If the Protected indicator does not light, the surge protector’s AC line is no

longer protected from surges. Replace the surge protector. The surge

protector may have received a power surge or spike beyond its specified

limits that might overload the protection circuitry and make it inactive. The

surge protector absorbed enough of the surge to protect your connected

equipment, but it will not protect against future surges and spikes.

Warranty

CyberPower warrants this product to be free from defect in electrical

parts or manufacture for two (2) years. If a defect results in product

failure during its normal use within the warranty period, please contact

your local dealers and/or distributors for warranty services.

Instalación:

A) Conexiones de alimentación

1. El protector contra subidas de tensión debe estar enchufado a una toma

de corriente correctamente conectada a tierra.

2. Enchufe todos los equipos conectados directamente a un protector

contra subidas de tensión.

Instrucciones de seguridad importantes:

NO conecte nada a una toma de corriente eléctrica que no esté conectada

a tierra. NO utilice el producto con alargadores o adaptadores de 2 hilos.

Este protector contra subidas de tensión está diseñado solamente para

uso en interiores. Instale el protector contra subidas de tensión alejado de

aparatos que emitan calor, como por ejemplo radiadores o generadores de

calor. No instale este producto en lugares húmedos.

Nunca instale cableado eléctrico o telefónico durante una tormenta

eléctrica.

NO UTILIZAR CON EQUIPOS MÉDICOS, DE MANTENIMIENTO VITAL U

OTRAS ACTIVIDADES DE ALTO RIESGO.

B) Instalar el protector contra subidas de tensión

Puede instalar el protector contra subidas de tensión en una superficie

vertical solamente con dos tornillos (no incluidos), utilizando para ello los

enganches proporcionados en la parte posterior del protector.

Se ilumina cuando la función de protección contra subidas de tensión

funciona correctamente.

Solucionar problemas

Si el indicador protegido no se enciende, la línea de CA del protector contra

subidas de tensión p1-ya no está protegida contra subidas de tensión .

Reemplace el protector contra subidas de tensión. El protector contra

subidas de tensión puede haber recibido una subida de tensión o pico que

supera los límites especificados que podría haber sobrecargado los

circuitos de protección y dejarlo inactivo. El protector contra subidas de

tensión absorbió suficiente exceso de voltaje para proteger el equipo

conectado, pero no lo protegerá contra excesos de tensión y picos futuros.

Garantía

CyberPower garantiza que este producto no presentará defectos en piezas

eléctricas o mano de obra durante un período de dos (2) años. Si un

defecto da lugar a un error en el producto durante su uso normal dentro

del período de garantía, póngase en contacto con sus proveedores y/o

distribuidores locales para solicitar el servicio de garantía.
