a. Lock Position – Lever must be in this position to begin

the brew cycle.

b. Release Position – Slide lever to this position when the

brew cycle has ended and coffee is ready to be released

into carafe.

• Make sure coffee basket lter twist-off lid is

screwed on correctly

to continue the brew cycle

• Soak coffee lter basket in warm, soapy water for

30 minutes

• Soak coffee lter basket regularly to prevent oil

drain as efciently as a regular roast or less oily

bean

than usual

water ratio is

• Adjust coffee-to-water ratio to taste

the amount of water

• Check your strength setting — selected strength
