Limited doing business as JardenConsumerSolutions (collectively “JCS”)warrantsthatfor aperiod ofone yearfrom

the dateof purchase, thisproduct will befree fromdefects in material andworkmanship. JCS, at itsoption, will repair

orreplace thisproduct or anycomponent oftheproduct foundtobe defective duringthewarranty period.

Replacement willbe madewith anew orremanufactured product orcomponent.Ifthe productisnolongeravailable,

replacementmay be madewith asimilar product ofequal or greater value.This isyour exclusive warranty. DoNOT

attempttorepair or adjustany electricalor mechanical functionson this product.Doingso will void this warranty.

This warranty isvalid for theoriginal retail purchaser fromthe dateof initial retail purchaseandisnot transferable.

Keeptheoriginal salesreceipt. Proofofpurchaseisrequired toobtainwarranty performance. JCS dealers, service

centers,orretail stores selling JCSproducts do not have theright toalter,modify orany waychange the termsand

conditions ofthis warranty.

Thiswarranty doesnotcovernormal wearof partsor damageresultingfromany ofthefollowing: negligent useor

misuse of theproduct,use onimproper voltage orcurrent, usecontrary tothe operatinginstructions, disassembly,

repair or alteration byanyone other thanJCS oran authorizedJCSservice center. Further,the warranty doesnot cover:

Acts ofGod, such asfire, flood,hurricanes andtornadoes.

What arethe limitson JCS’s Liability?

JCS shall not be liablefor any incidental orconsequential damagescaused by the breach of any express, impliedor

statutory warranty or condition.

Except to the extent prohibitedby applicable law, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability orfitnessfor

a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty.

JCS disclaimsall other warranties, conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory orotherwise.

JCS shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase,use or misuse of, or inability to use

the product including incidental, special, consequential or similar damages or loss of profits, or for any breach of

contract, fundamental or otherwise, or for any claim brought against purchaser by any other party.
