TELEPHONE PART IDENTIFICATION
1. Liquid Crystal Display - Displays the phone number, date and
time and other information.
2. One-Touch Memories - Phone numbers can be stored for
speed dialing.
3. Call Back
a.When reviewing Caller ID or phone book records, press to
dial the saved number.
b.Press and hold to set alarm.
4. Store - Press to save numbers in one-touch memory.
5. - Press to enter the phone book.
6. Del/Set
a. Press and hold for 3 seconds while on-hook to display set-
up menu.
b. Press to delete letters or digits while editing the phone
book.
c. Press and hold for 3 seconds while viewing phone book to
delete entries.
7. VOL
a. Press and hold while on-hook to adjust ringer volume.
b. Press while off-hook to adjust handset volume.
c. Press while on speakerphone to adjust speaker volume.

8. AUTO RD (Auto Redial/Change Ring Tone)
a. Press to auto redial the last dialed number continuously
until the phone is answered.
b. Press and hold for 3 seconds to change ring tone.
9. Redial/Pause
a. Press repeatedly while on hook to review dialed numbers.
b. Press while off hook to dial the last dialed number.
c. Press while programming memory dial to store a pause.
10. Flash - Press to provide a line break signal for accessing PBX
services or Call Waiting from your local telephone company.
11. /In Use/New/Message Waiting
a. Press for handsfree dialing and speak without lifting the
handset.
b. Plug in headset to change to headset mode. Press to
talk or to end the call.
c. Will light when the unit is in use
d. Will flash when the unit has a new call.
e. Will flash when the unit is on hold.
f. Will flash when the unit has a message waiting.
12. Hold - Press to hold the line.
13. Dialing Keys (0-9,*,#)
14. CLID - Review Up and Review Down Buttons
a.Press to review Caller ID Records
b.While in menu, use to select telephone settings.
15. Speaker
16. Wall Mounting Hook - Turn 180 degrees to hang up the
handset when the unit is mounted on the wall.
17. Hookswitch - Press to end a call.
