SAFEGUARDS
Do not block or place hands near air opening of this
appliance. Do not drop or insert any object into any
opening on this appliance. Do not try to repair this
unit by yourself. Return appliance to an authorized
service representative for examination or repair.
Clean the unit surface with mild detergent or water.
Do not immerse any part of the unit in water or other
liquids. To avoid risk of damage, never use benzine
or other volatile agents to clean.
HOW TO USE YOUR TRUE GLOW ®
PORTABLE & BATTERY OPERATED
NAIL DRYER
Insert Batteries: The True Glow® Portable & Battery
Operated Nail Dryer uses 4 AAA 1.5-volt batteries
(not included). Insert batteries by removing the bat-
tery cover located at the base of the unit. Remove
battery cover by placing fingertip in the smooth
indent by the battery cover. Gently press in, following
arrow direction, and pull the cover out. Insert batter-
ies by matching the positive ends (+) of the batteries
with the positive symbols (+), and the negative ends
(-) with the negative symbols (-) found inside the
compartment. Replace the cover by sliding it into
position and snapping securely into place. Do not mix
old and new batteries.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING BATTERIES
1) This product requires (4) AAA batteries.
2) Since batteries are sensitive to high temperatures,
when storing them, keep in a cool dry place.
3) Battery contacts need to be clean, both on the battery
and in the appliance, before installation.
4) Batteries should be removed from the appliance when
not being used for long periods of time (months).
5) Never recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
6) Use only the power cord supplied with the appliance.
7) Be careful and install (+) and (-) to the correct plus and
minus on device.
8) R eplace all old batteries at one time. Do not mix old and
new.
9 ) Remove discharged batteries immediately to avoid leakage.
10) Never put batteries into a fire.
11) Switch off devices after use.
12) K eep batteries away from children, especially the
batteries that are small enough to ingest.
13) If a battery is ingested, seek immediate medical help.
14) Never open, crush, puncture or disassemble batteries.
15) D ispose of batteries according to any State and Local
regulations.
16) Do not dispose of rechargeable batteries as solid waste.
TO TURN ON THE UNIT
This unit is pressure activated. The unit will turn on once
you place your hand gently on the nail dryer rest stand. To
turn off, simply remove hand from rest stand.
SIDE COMPARTMENTS
There are two side compartments located on either
side of your nail dryer to keep manicure accessories
easily at hand when applying polish. To open side com-
partments, simply place fingers on grooved surface
located in the back of the nail dryer, and pull out.

(U.S. ONLY)
Conair will repair or replace (at our option) your unit
free
of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase
if the
appliance is defective in workmanship or materials. To
obtain service under this warranty, return the defective
product to the service center listed, together with your
purchase receipt. California residents need only provide
proof of purchase and should call 1-800-3-CONAIR for
shipping instructions. In the absence of a purchase receipt,
the warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of
manufacture.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR
LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE

IMPORTANTES
No obstruya las entradas del aire de este aparato, ni
ponga la mano frente a ellas. No deje caer ni inserte
ningún objeto en ninguna de las aberturas. No intente
reparar este aparato; devuélvalo a un centro de servi-
cio autorizado para su revisión y reparación. Limpie el
exterior de la unidad con un detergente suave o agua.
No sumerja el aparato en agua ni en ningún otro líqui-
do. Para evitar el riesgo de daño, nunca use bencina u
otros agentes limpiadores volátiles para limpiar la
unidad.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO DEL
SECADOR DE UÑAS PORTÁTIL A
PILAS TRUE GLOW®
Instalación de las pilas: El secador de uñas portátil a
pilas True Glow® requiere dos pilas AAA de 1.5 V (no
incluidas). Para instalar las pilas, debe abrir el
compartimiento de las pilas situado en la base de la
unidad. Saque la tapa del compartimiento de las pilas
colocando la punta del dedo en la ranura lisa cerca de la
tapa. Presione suavemente hacia adentro, siguiendo la
dirección de la flecha, y jale la tapa hacia afuera. Inserte
las pilas haciendo coincidir los extremos positivos (+) de
las pilas con los símbolos positivos (+), y los extremos
negativos (-) con los símbolos negativos (-) que se
encuentran dentro del compartimento. Vuelva a colocar la
tapa, deslizándola en su posición y encajando firmemente
en su lugar. No junte pilas nuevas con pilas usadas.
INSTRUCCIONES ESPECIALES ACERCA DEL
USO DE LAS PILAS
1) Este producto requiere 4 pilas AAA.
2) Guarde las pilas en un lugar fresco y seco, p2-ya que son
sensibles a las altas temperaturas.
3) Limpie los contactos de las pilas y los del aparato antes de
instalarlas.
4) Retire las pilas del aparato cuando no lo va a usar por largos
períodos de tiempo (meses).
5) No intente recargar pilas no recargables.
6) Use solamente el cable provisto con el aparato.
7) Siempre respete los signos de polaridad (+/–) a l instalar las pilas.
8) Reemplace todas las pilas al mismo tiempo. No junte
pilas nuevas con pilas usadas.
9) Retire las pilas descargadas inmediatamente para evitar
fugas.
10) Nunca tire las pilas al fuego.
11) Apague el aparato después del uso.
12) M antenga las pilas fuera del alcance de los niños,
especialmente las pilas que son lo suficientemente
pequeñas como para ser ingeridas.
13) En caso de ingestión de una pila, busque atención médica
inmediata.
14) Nunca abra, aplaste, perfore o desmonte las pilas.
15 Deshágase de las pilas de acuerdo con las regulaciones
estatales y locales.
16) No tire las baterías recargables con el resto de la basura
PARA ENCENDER LA UNIDAD
Esta unidad es activada por presión; se encenderá ni bien
coloque su mano suavemente en el soporte del secador de
uñas. Para apagarla, simplemente retire la mano del soporte.
COMPARTIMIENTOS LATERALES
Su secador de uñas cuenta con dos compartimientos
laterales que permiten tener sus accesorios de
manicura al alcance de la mano cuando se pinta las
uñas. Para abrir los compartimientos laterales,
simplemente coloque los dedos en la superficie
acanalada ubicada en la parte posterior del secador de
uñas y jale hacia afuera.
