Do not wrap the cord around the appliance.
6. To avoid burning, do not pick up the unit while
water is hot, because water can spill out.
7. Never block the air openings of the appliance or
place it on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch,
where the air openings may be blocked. Keep the
air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
8. Never use while sleeping.
9. Never drop or insert any object into any
opening or hose.
10. Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol
(spray) products are being used or where oxy-
gen is being administered.
11. Do not use an extension cord with this appliance.
12. Unplug this appliance before filling. Fill
reservoir with distilled water only. Do not overfill.
13. Use the Facial Sauna only on a level surface.
14. Do not use additives.
15. To avoid burning, do not touch after
plugging in water reservoir unit.
16. The steam from the facial sauna is very
hot. Always close your eyes before using.
17. Never hold this facial sauna close to your face
in one position as this may cause scalding.
18. Do not use the sauna without the mask/cone.
19. Do not place hand in the base.
20. Do not touch steam as it comes out of the base.
21. Do not move or pick up the unit until the
water cools.

OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is
wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug
will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not
attempt to defeat this safety feature.
If you have any skin condition, sensitivity to heat, or
other health issues or questions, including those
relating to use of this product while undergoing any
treatments or taking any medications, please con-
sult with a physician before use.
This product should not be used in the following cases:
Tuberculosis, diabetes, benign and malignant
tumors, inflammations of the skin, phlebitis and
thrombosis, open and fresh wounds, bruises,
broken skin or varicose veins.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING YOUR
FACIAL SAUNA SYSTEM
Before beginning, cleanse your face, following
your daily care routine. Lightly pat your favorite
moisturizer or eye cream around the eye area.
USING YOUR FACIAL
STEAMING UNIT
• Your Facial Sauna includes two detachable cones:
1. Facial mask: Use for facial cleansing.
2. Sinus cone: Use for concentrated steaming.
Place your nose in the sinus cone with forehead
in a comfortable position close to, but not touch-
ing the curved rim. Relax as soothing mist pro-
motes easier breathing; however, do not use as a
room humidifier.
• Turn facial mask or sinus cone counterclockwise
and lift away from base.

ill the water cylinder with
cool or warm distilled water
to the MAX fill line, as
indicated on the side of the
water reservoir. Pour water
into the reservoir with
measuring cup and plug it into
a 120 volt AC household outlet.
(See Figure 1.)
• Place facial mask or sinus
cone over unit. Lock by
aligning bumps on facial
mask or sinus cone with
slots over water reservoir
and turn clockwise.
(See Figure 2.)

• Press ON/OFF button to turn unit on.
• When the power is on, the ready indicator light will
flash for 3 minutes as the water is preheating.
• When the indicator light has stopped flashing and
is steady, you may use the Facial Sauna. Unit will
automatically shut off after 30 minutes.
• FOR A TIMED TREATMENT, the timer control can
be set from 3 to 15 minutes by rotating the knob
to desired time.
• Press the timer start button and the timer
indicator light will go on.
• The unit will shut off and a buzzer will sound to
indicate that preset time has expired.
NOTE: One fill provides between 10 and 30
minutes of soothing mist. If the facial sauna
should run out of water, shut off immediately,
unplug unit, refill with distilled water, then begin
your facial again.
• Cleanse your face and neck.
• Allow approximately 3 to 4 minutes for steam mist
to develop, then place your face in a comfortable
position close to, but not touching the rim of the
facial mask or sinus cone. To avoid burning, do not
pick up the unit while water is hot, because water
will spill out.
• If more steam is desired, place a towel over your
head so that it covers the mask and sides
of the steamer.
• Close your eyes and relax as the soothing mist
begins deep cleansing action.
• Remove your face occasionally and blot with
a cool, damp towel. Steam for a minimum of
5 minutes, but no longer than 30 minutes.
• Immediately after steaming, rinse your face with
cool water.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING YOUR
FACIAL TOOL
• The facial tool operates on 2
AA batteries (not included).
For battery insertion, gently
pull down lower cap and
insert batteries.
• Snap the exfoliating brush attachment onto the
unit, making sure it is securely attached.
• Apply a generous amount of your favorite exfoliat-
ing cream to your face.
• At the speed of your choice, massage the cream
on your face in a circular motion,
making sure not to exceed 2 minutes.
• Use for 10-second intervals per area beginning
with the forehead; avoiding the eye area, move
downward toward the cheek and nose area,
then to your chin area. This step exfoliates, thor-
oughly cleans and removes dull skin cells. Rinse
face and pat dry. Next, apply cool water or your
favorite astringent to close pores and seal in
moisture.
• Now you are ready to apply your favorite
moisturizing lotion by using the sponge
applicator. Dot your forehead, cheeks, nose and
chin with a generous amount of moisturizer and
smooth the cream into your skin. Apply light to
medium pressure and use upward, circular
strokes.
After just one personal facial with the Facial
Sauna System, you’ll find your skin looking
fresher and healthier.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING
BATTERIES
• Always purchase the correct size and grade of
battery most suitable for its intended use.
• Replace old batteries of a set at the same time.
• Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix
alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable
(nickel cadmium) batteries.
• Clean the battery compartment by blowing away
any debris prior to battery installation.
• Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with
regard to polarity (+ and -).
• Remove batteries from equipment that will not be
used for an extended period of time.
• When batteries begin to fail, remove promptly.
SPECIAL PAMPERING TIPS
FOR DELICATE AREAS
THE EYE AREA
• Give special care to the eye area during your
personal facial by lightly massaging additional
moisturizer or eye cream on eyelids and under
your eyes before you begin.
THE NECK AND THROAT
• Apply your favorite moisturizer to your entire face.
• Mist your face for only 5 minutes, following
Instructions for Using Your Facial Sauna System.
• Tilt your head backward so your throat is approxi-
mately 2 inches from the facial mask.
• Mist your throat for 2 minutes. For best results,
accelerate moisturizing process by gently turning
neck from side to side.
SPECIAL USES
• Consult your physician or dermatologist
for instructions on how to best use the Facial
Sauna System for your specific condition.
USER MAINTENANCE
INSTRUCTIONS
Caring for Your Facial Sauna
After Completing Your Facial:
• Always turn off and unplug your Facial Sauna
from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
• Let cool, then empty excess water and wipe dry
interior of the facial mask/sinus cone and rim
around the opening.
• Wipe the base with a clean, damp cloth, then pol-
ish lightly with a dry one. NEVER IMMERSE THE
FACIAL SAUNA IN WATER.
• Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
Return it to the place of purchase with sales receipt.
• Facial sponge and exfoliating brush attachments
should be cleaned after each use by running them
under warm water. Rinse thoroughly and squeeze
out any excess water. Allow attachments to air-dry
thoroughly before reusing. Clean the unit with a dry
cloth only. Do not immerse in water.
CAUTION
Never allow the power supply cord to be pulled,
twisted or severely bent. Never wrap the cord tightly
around the unit. Damage will occur at the high flex
point of entry into the unit, causing it to rupture and
short circuit. Inspect the cord frequently for dam-
age. Stop use immediately if damage is visible
or unit stops or operates intermittently.
If cord or unit is damaged or does not operate prop-
erly, return it for repair to an authorized Conair
Service Representative only. No repairs should be
attempted by the consumer.
The Facial Sauna System is for household use only.
STORAGE – Important
When not in use, your unit should be disconnected
and stored in a safe, dry location, out of reach of
children. Do not wrap line cord around unit. Allow
the cord to hang or lie loose and straight at the
point of entry into the unit.
LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
(U.S. ONLY)
Conair will repair or replace (at our option) your unit
free of charge for 12 months from the date of pur-
chase if the appliance is defective in workmanship
or materials.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the
defective product to the service center listed on back
that is nearest you, together with your purchase
receipt and $3.00 for postage and handling.
California residents need only provide proof of
purchase and should call 1-800-3-CONAIR for
shipping instructions. In the absence of a purchase
receipt, the warranty period shall be
12 months from the date of manufacture.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS,
OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A

aparato después de encenderlo.
16. El vapor generado por el vaporizador facial
es muy caliente. Cierre los ojos antes de
acercar el rostro al aparato.
17. Para evitar las quemaduras, evite dejar colocar
el rostro muy cerca de la máscara facial en la
misma posición durante un tiempo prolongado.
18. No utilice el aparato sin la máscara facial.
19. No meta la mano en la base.
20. Evite el contacto con el vapor que sale de la base.
21. No mueva el aparato hasta que el agua se
haya enfriado.

DE OPERACIÓN
El cable de este aparato está dotado de una clavija
polarizada (una pata es más ancha que la otra).
Como medida de seguridad, se podrá enchufar de
una sola manera en la toma de corriente
polarizada. Si no entrara en la toma de corriente,
inviértela. Si aún no entrara completamente,
comuníquese con un electricista. No intente ir en
contra de esta función de seguridad.
Si padece de una condición dermatológica, es sensible
al calor o tiene alguna pregunta acerca del uso de este
aparato mientras está bajo tratamiento o tomando
medicina, pida consejo a su médico antes del uso.
No utilice este producto si usted padece de
cualquiera de los problemas siguientes:
Tuberculosis, diabetes, tumor benigno o maligno,
inflamación de la piel, flebitis o trombosis, heridas
abiertas o nuevas, moretones, úlceras de la piel
(ampollas) o venas varicosas.
MODO DE EMPLEO DE SU
VAPORIZADOR FACIAL
Antes de empezar, limpie su rostro como lo hace
todos los días. Aplique un poco de su loción
hidratante favorita debajo y alrededor de sus ojos.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
DE SU VAPORIZADOR FACIAL
• Su vaporizador facial incluye dos aditamentos
intercambiables:
1. Una máscara facial para limpiar la piel del rostro.
2. Un cono "sinusal" que concentra el vapor. Cubra
la nariz cómodamente con el cono (el borde
arqueado debería estar cerca de la frente, pero no
debería tocarla). Relájese mientras el vapor mejora
su respiración. No lo use como humidificador.
• Gire el aditamento en sentido antihorario y
retírelo de la base.
•
Llene el vaso con agua fría o
tibia hasta el nivel deseado,
sin pasar la línea “MAX”.
Vierta el agua en el depósito
de agua y enchufe el cable
en una toma de corriente de
120V AC (Fig. 1).
• Instale el aditamento
deseado sobre la base,
haciendo coincidir los
resaltos del aditamento con
las hendiduras del depósito;
gire en sentido horario para
sujetar (Fig. 2).
• Oprima el botón ON/OFF
para encender el aparato.
• El indicador luminoso parpadeará durante 3
minutos, hasta que el agua esté caliente.
• Cuando el indicador luminoso permanezca
encendido, puede usar el vaporizador facial. El
aparato se apagará automáticamente después
de aproximadamente 30 minutos.
• PARA CONTROLAR PRECISAMENTE EL TIEMPO DEL
TRATAMIENTO, fije el temporizador entre 3 y 15
minutos, girando la perilla hasta el tiempo deseado.

• Oprima el botón "START"; la luz del
temporizador se encenderá.
• El aparato se apagará y emitirá un pitido al final
del tiempo fijado.
NOTA: el vaporizador tiene una autonomía de
10–30 minutos de vapor cuando el depósito de
agua está lleno. Si se acaba el agua antes del final
del tratamiento, apague inmediatamente el aparato,
desconéctelo y añada más agua antes de continuar.
• Limpie el rostro y el cuello.
• Permita que el agua caliente durante 3–4
minutos. Cuando el vapor empiece a salir,
arrime el rostro contra el borde de la máscara
facial o del cono "sinusal". Para evitar las
quemaduras, no mueva el aparato mientras el
agua está caliente.
Si desea más vapor, coloque una toalla encima de
su cabeza de manera que ésta cubra la máscara y
los costados del vaporizador.
• Cierre los ojos y relájese mientras el vapor
limpia profundamente su piel.
• De vez en cuando, aleje su rostro y seque la piel
sin frotar con una toalla ligeramente húmeda y
fresca. El tratamiento debería durar un mínimo
de 5 minutos, y un máximo de 30 minutos.
• Inmediatamente después del tratamiento,
enjuague su rostro con agua fresca.
MODO DE EMPLEO DEL
CEPILLO FACIAL
• El cepillo facial requiere
2 pilas AA (no incluidas).
Para instalar las pilas, jale
suavemente la cubierta
e inserte las pilas en
el compartimiento.
• Instale el cepillo exfoliante sobre el mango de
manera segura.
• Aplique una generosa cantidad de su crema
exfoliante favorita sobre su rostro.
• Masajee la piel a la velocidad deseada, usando
movimientos circulares, durante un máximo de
dos minutos.
• Use el cepillo durante 10 segundos en cada
área, empezando en la frente. Evitando el área
alrededor de los ojos, baje hacia las mejillas, la
nariz y luego la barbilla. Este paso exfolia la piel,
eliminando las células muertas. Enjuague y
seque su rostro sin frotar. Después, aplique
agua fresca o su astringente favorito para cerrar
los poros y mantener la hidratación.
• Después de la exfoliación, retire el cepillo
exfoliante del mango e instale la esponja facial
para aplicar su loción hidratante favorita. Ponga
una generosa cantidad de loción sobre su frente,
sus mejillas, su nariz y su barbilla y masajee para
hacer penetrar en la piel, usando movimientos
circulares hacia arriba y ejerciendo presión ligera
a mediana. Después de tan sólo tratamiento,un
su piel parecerá más fresca y sana.
INSTRUCCIONES ESPECIALES
ACERCA DEL USO DE LAS PILAS
• No utilice pilas que no sean del tamaño o de la
potencia indicada para uso con este producto.
• Cambie todas las pilas al mismo tiempo.
• No junte pilas nuevas con pilas usadas. No junte
pilas alcalinas con pilas regulares (carbono-zinc)
o pilas recargables (níquel cadmio).
• Limpie el compartimiento de las pilas, soplando
para eliminar el polvo, antes de instalar las pilas.
• Siempre respete los signos de polaridad al
instalar las pilas (+/-).
• Retire las pilas si no va a usar el aparato
durante un largo período de tiempo.
• Retire las pilas usadas sin demora.
CONSEJOS ESPECIALES
PARA LAS ÁREAS DELICADAS
EL ÁREA DEL OJO
• Dé un cuidado especial al área del ojo, aplicando
loción hidratante o crema para los ojos sobre los
párpados y debajo de los ojos antes del tratamiento.
EL CUELLO
• Aplique su loción hidratante favorita sobre su rostro.
• Exponga el rostro al vapor durante solamente
5 minutos, según se describe en la sección
"Modo de empleo de su vaporizador facial".
• Incline la cabeza hacia atrás, de tal manera que
su cuello se encuentre aproximadamente a 2
pulgadas (5 cm) de la máscara facial.
• Exponga el cuello al vapor durante 2 minutos.
Para lograr resultados óptimos, gire lentamente
la cabeza de lado a lado durante el tratamiento.
USOS ESPECIALES
• Pida consejo a su médico o dermatólogo
sobre cómo usar el vaporizador facial para su
condición médica.

Limpieza
Después del tratamiento:
• Siempre apague y desconecte el aparato antes
de limpiarlo.
• Permita que se enfríe, vacíe el agua restante en
el depósito de agua y seque el interior y la orilla
de la máscara facial/del cono.
• Limpie la base con un paño ligeramente
humedecido, y luego séquela con un paño seco.
NUNCA SUMERJA EL VAPORIZADOR FACIAL
EN AGUA.
• No intente reparar el aparato. En caso de problema,
regrese el aparato a un centro de servicio
autorizado, junto con su recibo de compra.
• Limpie la esponja facial y el cepillo exfoliante en
agua tibia después de cada uso. Enjuague bien
y exprima el exceso de agua. Permita que los
accesorios sequen al aire libre antes de volver a
usarlos. Limpie el aparato con un paño seco
únicamente. No lo sumerja en agua.
PRECAUCIÓN
Nunca jale, retuerza ni doble mucho el cable.
Nunca lo enrolle con fuerza alrededor del aparato.
Esto podría dañar la junta flexible que lo conecta
al aparato, produciendo su ruptura o un
cortocircuito. Revise el cable con frecuencia para
asegurarse de que no esté dañado. Deje de usar
el aparato inmediatamente si el cable parece
dañado, o si el aparato dejara de funcionar o
funcionara de manera intermitente.
Si el cable o el producto estuviesen dañados
o si el producto no funcionase correctamente
regréselo a un centro de servicio autorizado.
No trate de reparar el aparato.

ALMACENAJE – Importante
Después de usar el producto, desconéctelo,
permita que se enfríe y guárdelo en un lugar seco
y seguro, fuera del alcance de los niños. No
enrolle el cable alrededor del aparato. Permita que
el cable cuelgue o que la junta que lo conecta al
aparato esté suelta y recta.
