Safety
Thetool can become afire risk if used improperly.
Please take thefollowing into consideration:
• Place theglue gun in astanding position after use and let it
cool sufficiently before putting it away for storage.
• Never leave theglue gun unattended when in operation.
• Never expose theglue gun to rain or moisture.
• Thepower lead should be checked regularly. Neveruse
thedevice if thepower lead or plug is damaged.
• If thepower lead is damaged it may only be changed by
themanufacturer or their service facility.
• This product must not be used by anyone (including
children) suffering from physical or mental impairment.
Thisproduct should not be used by anyone that has
not read theinstruction manual unless they have been
instructed in its use by someone who will take responsibility
for their safety.
• Never let children play with theproduct.
• Both theglue and glue gun become hot duringuse.
Thiscan cause burn injuries. Ifthis happens, rinse theburn
with cold water and let it run over theburn for sometime.
• Make sure that power from thewall socket corresponds to
theglue gun’s specified voltage.
• Only use glue sticks compatible with thegluegun.
• Always place theglue gun on its stand when it is not inuse.
• Connect thetool to themains via aresidual current device
(RCD). AnRCD will significantly reduce thechances of you
receiving anelectricshock.

This glue gun can be used for gluing wood, paper, cardboard
and certain plastic materials.
Preparations
Gluegun
1. Insert aglue stick into theinsert hole asshown. Pushit in as
far as it willgo.

2. Connect theplug to awall socket.
Cleaning surfaces
Clean thesurfaces to be glued before starting. Thesurfaces
should be dry and free of dust and grease. Smooth surfaces
should be roughed before gluing.
Gluing
1. Let theglue gun warm up for about 4min.
2. Press thetrigger to feed theglue as thegluestick
begins tomelt.
3. Apply theglue to those surfaces you wish to adhere.
4. Immediately press thesurfaces together and hold them
in position for 15 seconds.
5. Unplug theglue gun from thewall socket.
6. Let any excess glue cool and remove it with asharpknife.
Care and maintenance
Always unplug thedevice from thewall socket before cleaning.
Wipe theglue gun clean with adamp cloth when needed.
Never use abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
Disposal
Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product. Ifyou are
unsure of how to dispose of this product, please contact your
municipality.
