WARNINGS
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND PRODUCT LABELS THROUGHOUT
THIS BOOKLET COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
EACH MODE HAS SPECIFIC WARNINGS. PRIOR TO FIRST USE, BE SURE TO READ
AND UNDERSTAND THE WARNINGS IN EACH MODE.
• PLEASE SAVE OWNER’S MANUAL FOR FUTURE USE.
• ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.
• NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED. Stay near and watch child during use.
• AVOID SERIOUS INJURY from falling or sliding out. Always use safety harness. After
fastening buckles, adjust belts to ensure a snug fit around your child.
• FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered severe head injuries including skull
fractures when falling from high chairs. Falls can happen suddenly if child is not
restrained properly.
• Always use harness, and adjust to fit snugly.
• T-bar and tray are not designed to hold child in chair.
• Secure your child at all times with the restraint system provided, both in the reclined
and upright positions.
• Always place the high chair on a horizontal, stable surface. NEVER place the high chair
near stairs or steps.
• DO NOT
move chair with child in it.
• DO NOT adjust the height with child in the product.
• DO NOT use this high chair for more than one child at a time and do not leave other
children playing unattended near the high chair.
• In HIGH CHAIR MODE, it is recommended that the high chair be used only by children
capable of sitting upright unassisted.
• DO NOT use TODDLER STOOL MODE for children under 3 years old.
• DO NOT use ADULT CHAIR MODE for adults weighing more than 240 lbs (109 kg.).
• This high chair is recommended for children from birth to 6 months in INFANT
RECLINER MODE; from 6 to 36 months in HIGH CHAIR MODE; and for children
over 36 months in TODDLER STOOL MODE.
• DO NOT use the high chair if any part is broken, torn, or missing.
• Ensure that all components are correctly fitted and adjusted before use.
• DO NOT place any heavy bags, packages, or other items on the high chair tray. They
may cause the chair to tip over.

WARNINGS
• To avoid danger of suffocation, remove all plastic bags before using the highchair.
Immediately destroy the plastic bags to keep them away from babies and children.
• DO NOT leave the high chair near walls, curtains, or windows, where the child
can become tangled, or where a child may be able to use its feet to push against
the high chair.
• To avoid the risk of fire, NEVER leave the high chair near sources of strong heat
such as open fires, electric heaters, and gas stoves. If the chair is exposed to direct
sunlight, wait for it to cool down before placing your child in it.
• DO NOT use accessories, spare parts, and components other than those supplied
by Chicco.
