purchasedinNewZealand.WheretheAppliancewaspurchased

inNewZealandforbusinesspurposestheConsumerGuarantee

10.Totheextentpermittedbylaw:

(a)Electroluxexcludesallwarrantiesotherthanascontainedin

thisdocument;

(b)Electroluxshallnotbeliableforanylossordamagewhether

directorindirectorconsequentialarisingfromyourpurchase,

useornon-useoftheAppliance.

11.ProvisionsoftheTradePracticesActandStateconsumer

legislationinAustralia,andtheConsumerGuaranteesAct,the

SalesofGoodsActandtheFairTradingActinNewZealand,imply

warrantiesorconditions,orimposeobligations,uponElectrolux

whichcannotbeexcluded,restrictedormodified.Totheextent

permittedbylaw,theliabilityofElectrolux(ifany)arisingoutofor

inrelationtotheApplianceoranyservicessuppliedbyElectrolux

shallbelimited(whereitisfairandreasonabletodoso):

(a)inthecaseofAppliances,atitsoption,tothereplacementor

repairoftheAppliancesorthesupplyofequivalentproducts

orthepaymentofthecostofreplacingtheAppliancesor

havingtheAppliancesrepairedorofacquiringequivalent

(b)inthecaseofservices,atitsoption,tothesupplyofthe

GeneralTermsandconditions.

1.Inthiswarranty

(a)‘Electrolux’meansElectroluxHomeProductsPtyLtdABN

51004762341inrespectofAppliancespurchasedin

AustraliaandElectrolux(NZ)LimitedinrespectofAppliances

purchasedinNewZealand;

(b)‘Appliance’meansanyElectroluxproductpurchasedbyyou

accompaniedbythisdocument;

(c)‘WarrantyPeriod’means

(i)whereyouusetheApplianceforpersonal,domesticor

householdpurposesinAustraliatheperiodof“24”months

andinNewZealandtheperiodof“24”months;

(ii)whereyouusetheApplianceforcommercialpurposes,in

Australiatheperiodof“3”monthsandinNewZealandthe

periodof“3”months,(iftheperiodstatedis0monthsyou

arenotcoveredbythisproductwarranty)

followingthedateoforiginalpurchaseoftheAppliance;

(d)‘you’meansthepurchaseroftheAppliancenothavingpurchased

theapplianceforre-sale,and‘your’hasacorrespondingmeaning.

2.ThiswarrantyonlyappliestoAppliancespurchasedandused

inAustraliaorNewZealandandisinadditionto(anddoesnot

exclude,restrict,ormodifyinanyway)anynon-excludable

statutorywarrantiesinAustraliaorNewZealand.

3.Electroluxwarrantsthat,whendispatchedfromanElectrolux

warehouse,theApplianceisfreefromdefectsinmaterialsand

workmanshipfortheWarrantyPeriod.

4.DuringtheWarrantyPeriodElectroluxoritsAuthorisedService

Centrewill,atnoextrachargeifyourapplianceisreadily

accessiblewithoutspecialequipment,andsubjecttotheseterms

andconditions,repairorreplaceanypartswhichitconsidersto

bedefective.YouagreethatanyreplacedAppliancesorparts

becomethepropertyofElectrolux.Thiswarrantydoesnotapply

tolightglobes,batteries,filtersorsimilarperishableparts.

5.PartsandAppliancesnotsuppliedbyElectroluxarenotcovered

bythiswarranty.

6.WhereyouarewithinanElectroluxservicearea,thiswarranty

coversthecostoftransportoftheAppliancetoandfrom

AuthorisedServiceCentresofElectroluxandtravellingcostfor

representativesoftheAuthorisedServiceCentretoandfrom

yourhomeorbusiness.IfyouareoutsideanElectroluxservice

area,youwillbearthesecosts.Forinformationaboutwhether

7.Proofofpurchaseisrequiredbeforeyoucanmakeaclaim

underthiswarranty.

8.Youmaynotmakeaclaimunderthiswarrantyunlessthedefect
