Allgemeine Information
Kinesiologisches Taping wurde in den 70er Jahren
von Dr. Kenzo Kase in Japan entwickelt. In der
traditionellen chinesischen Medizin werden bereits
seit Jahrtausenden erfolgreich Therapieverfahren
eingesetzt, die wie Kinesiologisches Taping auf
den Eigenregulationsfähigkeiten des menschlichen
Körpers beruhen (z. B. Akupunktur oder Akupressur).
Anfangs fand das Kinesiologische Taping vor allem
im Leistungssport Anwendung und wurde somit
auch in Europa bekannt.
Material
Capital Sports Essential Kinesiology Tapes
bestehen aus hochwertiger Baumwolle und
einem wellenförmig aufgetragenen Akrylkleber.
Die Kinesiology Tapes sind absolut latexfrei. In
Längsrichtung lässt sich das Tape auf 130 bis 140
% seiner ursprünglichen Länge dehnen. Das Material
verfugt über eine hervorragende Klebekraft, ist
atmungsaktiv, hautfreundlich und wasserfest.
Anwendung
Die Haut muss trocken und fettfrei sein, starke
Behaarung sollte gegebenenfalls abrasiert werden.
Verwenden Sie das Tape nicht auf Wunden,
Verbrennungen und Schleimhäuten. Wenn Juckreiz
oder andere Symptome auftreten, sollte dos Tape
unverzüglich entfernt werden.
Noch dem Anlegen des Tapes muss das Tape
gerieben werden, um die volle Klebekraft des
Akrylklebers zu aktivieren. Bereits kurz nach dem

Warnhinweise
Allergische Reaktionen werden nur in sehr seltenen
Fallen registriert und sind sehr oft bedingt durch
Medikamenteneinnahme sowie durch einen
verstärkten Alkohol- oder Nikotingenuss. Bei
bestehender Überempndlichkeit gegen Pflaster oder
Tapeverbände, sollte das Tape zunächst an einer
kleineren Hautstelle getestet werden.
Menschen mit Krebserkrankung sollten das Tape
nicht verwenden, da es eventuell zu lnteraktionen
mit der Behandlung kommen kann. Während der
Schwangerschaft nicht auf dem Bauch verwenden.
Lagerungshinweise
Bewahren Sie das Tape unzugänglich für Kinder,
außerhalb direkter Sonneneinstrahlung und bei
normaler Zimmertemperatur auf.

General Information
Kinesiology Taping was developed by Dr. Kenzo Kase in Japan in the
1970s. In traditional Chinese medicine, therapy methods have been
successfully used for thousands of years, which, like Kinesiology
Taping, are based on the self-regulating abilities of the human body
(e.g. acupuncture or acupressure). Initially, Kinesiology Taping was
mainly used in competitive sports and thus became known in Europe
as well.
Material
Capital Sports Essential Kinesiology Tapes are made of high quality
cotton and an acrylic adhesive applied in waves. The Kinesiology Tapes
are absolutely latex-free. Lengthwise, the tape can be stretched to 130-
140% of its original length. The material has excellent adhesive strength,
is breathable, skin-friendly and waterproof.
Application
The skin must be dry and free of grease, strong hair should be shaved
off if necessary. Do not use the tape on wounds, burns and mucous
membranes. If itching or other symptoms occur, the tape should be
removed immediately. Before applying the tape, it must be rubbed to
activate the full adhesive power of the acrylic adhesive. Shortly after
applying the tape is no longer perceived as a nuisance. You can go
showering, bathing or swimming with the taping without any problems.
Afterwards you should dab the tape dry with a towel. Do not wear the
tape for more than one week. Do not tear off the tape in a jerky way.

Warnings
