Thank you for purchasing a Canon product.

recharge this battery, use Battery Charger
LC-E101LC-E10E.
• This battery pack is not fully recharged upon factory
shipment. Recharge it before using.
• When storing the battery, attach the protective cover to
prevent the electrical contacts from shorting.
• "Also read Tips for Using the Battery and Charger" in the
camera's instruction manual.
