Place the Hotel Block Cutter (henceforth HBC) on your working surface. The anti-skid feet work best
on sturdy, clean, dry, smooth and non-textured surfaces. The included hex screwdrivers can be used
to replace and tighten the cutting wires.

be removes before use. The CBP is also suitable for cutting Tofu, butter, or products with a similar
consistency.
1. Place the block of cheese on the partitions.
2. Pull down the handle once. You now have blocks of cheese.
