When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed including the following:

DO NOT touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

To protect against electrical shock DO NOT immerse cord, plugs,
or appliance in water or other liquid.

Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by
or near children.

Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow
to cool before putting on or taking oξ parts.

DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or
after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any
manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service
facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
06.
The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
07.
DO NOT let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot
surfaces.
08.
DO NOT place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a
heated oven.
09.
Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance
containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
10.
To disconnect, turn any control to βoξβ, then remove plug from
wall outlet.
11.
DO NOT use appliance for other than intended use.
12.
Fuel, such as charcoal briquettes, is not to be used with appli-
ance.

Use only on properly grounded outlet.

CAUTION: Risk of Electric Shock. Keep extension cord
connection dry and oξ the ground.

The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack
of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they DO NOT play
with the appliance.

For outdoor use only, DO NOT expose to rain.

Be sure that handles are assembled and fastened properly.

DO NOT operate this appliance unattended.
FOR ExTENSION CORDS:
a. A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting
from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
b. Longer power-supply cords or extension cords are available and
may be used if care is exercised in their use.
c. If a longer power-supply cord or extension cord is used:

The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord
should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appli-
ance.
02.
The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the
countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or
tripped over unintentionally.
03.
The cord set or extension cord should be a grounding-type
3-wire cord.
d. Outdoor extension cords should be used with outdoor use appli-
ances and are surface marked with the suξix letter βWβ and with a
tag stating βSuitable for use with outdoor appliances.β
e. The connection to an Extension cord should be kept dry and oξ the
ground.
f. Store appliance indoors when not in use - out of the reach of
children.
g. DO NOT clean this product with a water spray or the like.

β’ Oversize foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in the appli-
ance as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
β’ A fire may occur if the appliance is covered or touching flammable
material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in
operation. DO NOT store any item on top of the appliance when in
operation.
β’ DO NOT clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break oξ the
pad and touch electrical parts involving a risk of electric shock.
β’ Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers
constructed of other than metal or glass.
β’ DO NOT store any materials, other than manufacturers recom-
mended accessories, in this appliance when not in use.
β’ DO NOT place any of the following materials in the appliance: paper,
cardboard, plastic, and the like.
β’ DO NOT cover crumb tray or any part of the appliance with metal
foil. This will cause overheating of the oven.
