INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

ICON RECHARGEABLE BATTERY

IMPORTANT: Follow all instructions carefully. Any modi-

fications of this product will void the warranty. Misuse of

this product may cause the user harm.

The Icon Rechargeable Battery is a power supply ideal

for recharging electronic devices such as headlamps,

cellphones, and GPS devices on the go. T he Icon

Rechargeable Battery can also be used as a power

supply for the Icon Headlamp (2017 and later model only

[#620629].)

BATTERY POWER:

When the headlamp is powered on, the battery meter on

the back will show for 3 seconds. When all 4 blue LEDs

are illuminated, the Icon Rechargeable Battery is fully

charged. Two blue LEDs indicate that it is half-charged.

The BPM will show the battery capacity remaining and

will illuminate when the light is turned on, if brightness is

adjusted, or if the charging port is utilized.

Your battery life will vary depending upon these factors:

• “Recovery time,” or time when lamp has not been on.

• Temperature.

• Modes used.

• Brightness level of the light.

ADDITIONAL LITHIUM-ION CHARGING

INFORMATION

• Charge the battery completely before initial use.

• Battery does not need to be fully discharged prior to

being recharged.

• Battery will automatically stop charging when fully

charged.

• It is OK to leave the “charge in” cable plugged into

the Icon Rechargeable Battery. It is possible to plug a

charge out cable into the USB port and charge out simul-

taneously, however the lithium-ion battery in the Icon

Rechargeable Battery will recharge partially before it will

allow power out to any devices.

Note: Do not plug the same cable into the “charge out”

and “charge in” USB ports on the Icon Rechargeable

Battery.

USE / MODES

Charge-In Mode: (Lithium Ion Battery) Open the

charging port cover and plug the micro USB cable into

the Icon Rechargeable Battery and the other end into any

powered USB port. A full charge may take up to 8 hours.

Charge-Out Mode: The standard USB port is used to

charge out. Connect the device to be charged to the USB

port or hold down the power button for two seconds. A

green indicator light will come on to show that the battery

is ready for charging out. If no device is connected after

1 minute, the Battery Meter LED will turn off and Charge-

Out Mode will be deactivated.

LIMITED WARRANTY

We warrant for one year from purchase date and only

to the original retail buyer (Buyer) that our products

(Products) are free from defects in material and workman-

ship. For lighting products, our warranty is for three years.

If Buyer discovers a covered defect, Buyer should return

the Product to the place of purchase. In the event that

this is not possible, return the Product to us at the address

provided. The Product will be repaired or replaced at our

discretion. That is the extent of our liability under this

Warranty and, upon expiration of the applicable warranty

period, all such liability shall terminate. We reserve the

right to require proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions:

We do not warranty Products against normal wear and

tear (such as ski edge cuts and abrasions, outsole wear,

etc.), unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper

use, improper maintenance, accident, misuse, negli-

ICON RECHARGEABLE BATTERY

La Icon Rechargeable Battery est une source d’alimenta-

tion idéale pour recharger sur le terrain les appareils élec-

troniques tels que les lampes frontales, les téléphones

portables et les GPS. La Icon Rechargeable Battery peut

LITHIUM-ION

BATTERIELEISTUNG:

Wird die Stirnlampe im normalen Modus eingeschaltet,

zeigt der Batterieleistungsmesser an der Seite für 3

Sekunden den Batteriestatus an. Leuchten alle 4 blauen

LEDs, ist die Icon Rechargeable Battery vollständig auf-

WEITERE INFORMATIONEN ZUM LADEN DER

LITHIUM-IONEN-BATTERIE

• Laden Sie die Batterie vor der ersten Verwendung voll-

ständig auf.

• Es ist nicht erforderlich, die Batterie vor dem erneuten

Aufladen vollständig zu entladen.

• Der Ladevorgang wird automatisch beendet, sobald die

Batterie vollständig aufgeladen ist.

• Das Ladekabel zum Laden der Icon Rechargeable

Battery kann an dieser angeschlossen bleiben. Es ist

möglich, gleichzeitig ein Ladekabel zum Laden ande-

rer Geräte an den USB-Anschluss anzuschliessen und

andere Geräte aufzuladen. Erst wird jedoch zuerst die

Lithium-Ionen-Batterie der Icon Rechargeable Battery

teilweise aufgeladen, bevor andere Geräte aufgeladen

werden können.

• Hinweis: Schliessen Sie nicht beide Enden desselben

Kabels in die USB-Anschlüsse zum Laden und Entladen

BATTERIA:

Modalità Charge-In: (batteria agli ioni di Litio)

apri lo sportellino e inserisci la micro USB nella Icon

Rechargeable Battery e l’altra estremità in qualunque

porta USB. Per arrivare ad una carica totale potrebbero

volerci fino a 8 ore.

Modalità Charge-Out: La porta USB standard deve

essere utilizzata per caricare. Collega il dispositivo alla

porta USB. Se dopo 1 minuti non viene collegato alcun

dispositivo, il LED dell’Indicatore di Carica si spegne e la

modalità Charge-Out si disattiva.

sono esenti da difetti nel materiale e nella lavorazione.

Per le lampade la nostra garanzia è di 3 anni. Se l’ac-

quirente scopre un difetto, deve spedire il prodotto al

luogo d’acquisto. Nel caso ciò non sia possibile, deve

rispedire a noi il prodotto all’indirizzo fornito. Il prodotto

sarà riparato e sostituito a nostra discrezione. Questa

è l’estensione della nostra responsabilità nell’ambito di

questo tipo di garanzia, e dopo il termine del periodo

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO

ICON RECHARGEABLE BATTERY

La Icon Rechargeable Battery es una fuente a ali-

mentación ideal para recargar sobre la marcha aparatos

electrónicos como linternas frontales, teléfonos móviles

y receptores GPS. La Icon Rechargeable Battery también

se puede utilizar como una fuente a alimentación para la

linterna frontal Icon (2017 y más nuevo modelo exclusivo

[# 620629]).

BATERÍA DE CARGA:

Cuando se enciende la linterna en modo de luz blanca, el

indicador de carga de un lado de la linterna se encenderá

durante 3 segundos. Cuando estén iluminados los 4

LEDs azules, la Icon Rechargeable Battery estará com-

pletamente cargada. Dos LEDs azules indicarán media

carga.

La vida de tus baterías variará en función de los siguien-

tes factores:

• Del “tiempo de recuperación,” o tiempo que lleve apa-

gada la linterna

• De la temperatura

• De los modos de alumbrado que se usen

• Del nivel de intensidad de la luz

• Del lugar donde se guarden las baterías

INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL SOBRE CARGA DE

BATERÍAS DE IONES DE LITIO

• Antes de su primer uso, carga la batería por completo

• No hace falta que la batería esté completamente des-

cargada antes de volver a cargarla

• La batería dejará automáticamente de cargarse cuando

esté cargada por completo.

• No pasa nada por dejar enchufado en la estación de

carga el cable de cargar la batería. Puede enchufarse un

cable en el puerto USB para cargar un aparato y cargar

simultáneamente la batería de iones de litio de la Icon

Rechargeable Battery, sin embargo dicha batería deberá

recargarse parcialmente antes de que pueda comenzar a

cargar cualquier aparato.

• Nota: no puentees con el mismo cable el puerto USB

y el puerto micro USB de la Icon Rechargeable Battery.

USO / MODOS

Para cargar la batería: (batería de iones de litio) Abre

la tapa de los puertos de carga y enchufa el cable micro

USB en la Icon Rechargeable Battery, y el otro extremo

en cualquier puerto USB. Una carga completa puede

llevar hasta 8 horas.

Para cargar aparatos: Para cargar aparatos se usa el

puerto USB estándar. Conecta el aparato al puerto USB.

Si no se conecta aparato alguno en 1 minuto, el LED indi-

cador de carga se apagará y se desactivará el modo de

cargar aparatos.

FCC. Estas limitaciones están creadas para ofrecer una

protección razonable frente a interferencias dañinas en

Garantizamos por un año desde la fecha de compra y

sólo al comprador original (Comprador) que nuestros

productos (Productos) están libres de defectos tanto

de material como de montaje. Para las linternas nuestra

garantía es de tres años. Si el Comprador descubre un

defecto cubierto por la garantía, el Comprador debe

devolver el producto al lugar donde lo compró. Si eso no

fuera posible, que nos devuelva el Producto a nosotros

a la dirección indicada. El Producto será reparado o

sustituido a nuestro criterio. Este es el alcance de nues-

tra responsabilidad bajo esta garantía y, cuando expire

el periodo de garantía aplicable, se extinguirá dicha

responsabilidad. Nos reservamos el derecho de requerir

justificante de compra para cualquier reclamación relati-

va a la garantía.

Exclusiones de la garantía:

Nuestra garantía no cubre el desgaste y arañazos nor-

males (como cortes y abrasiones con los cantos de los

esquís, desgaste de las suelas, etc.), modificaciones o

to impropio, mal uso, negligencia, daños o si el Producto

se usa para un propósito para el que no fue diseñado.

Esta garantía te otorga derechos legales específicos y

en esta garantía, no seremos responsables por daños
