Solution:No, the operating system will detect it and
install it automatically.
Problem: How can I be sure it has been installed?
Solution:The new hub will be listed in the Device
Manager.
Problem: Can I use USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 devices
together?
Solution:Yes. USB 2.0 is backwards-compatible with
USB 1.0 and 1.1.
