USER MANUAL MOTORBIKE GLOVES DUAL HEATING
PROTECTION:
The BERTSCHAT® dual heang motorbike gloves warm your hands using a baery. Supplementary to the heang el-
ements, the gloves are suitable for use on motorbikes because they feature fall protecon. The gloves are wind- and
waterproof, thus allowing you to deal with all the elements when riding your motorbike.
Even though the gloves have been intended to make driving motorbikes safer, it should be noted that they cannot
prevent accidents. Addionally, BERTSCHAT ® advises you to protect the rest of your body by using a helmet, boots,
and a good motorcycle suit. Always obey trac laws and regulaons and try to avoid risks.
Although we have tried to make the gloves as safe as possible so that injuries are minimised in the event of an acci-
dent, The BERTSCHAT® gloves cannot prevent injuries.
Wearing BERTSCHAT® gloves will not help to prevent accidents; you are always responsible for your own behaviour
on the road. Do not take extra risks when wearing these gloves and always look out for the current trac situaon.
BEFORE FIRST USE
The baeries are not fully charged and must therefore be charged before rst use for 8 hours minimum, regardless
of the colour of the indicator LED. To get started insert the charger plugs in the charging ports of the baeries. Fully
charging the baeries acvates them, thus allowing the full capacity to be accessed. The LED on the charger lights
up in red during charging and turns green once the baery is fully charged. Finally, remove the baeries from the
charger, place them in the appropriate pockets in the gloves and connect them to the plugs.
SWITCHING ON THE HEATING
The heang is switched on by pressing the black silicon buons on which the hands are displayed. The rst buon
controls the heang on the back on the hand while the second one controls the palm. This allows both sides of the
hand to be heated independently or at various levels of intensity.
