Handleiding bébé-jou babybad 156 (1). Lees de instructies zorgvuldig door voor gebruik en bewaar de
gebruiksaanwijzing voor later gebruik. Uw kind kan letsel oplopen als u de instructies niet opvolgt.
Babybad 156. Een comfortabel babybad, verkrijgbaar in vele kleuren en dessins. Het babybad heeft een geïntegreerd zitvlak en is
door zijn grootte lang te gebruiken. Door de eenvoudige vorm is het babybad gemakkelijk schoon te maken. Het babybad voldoet
aan de milieu-, product- en veiligheidseisen.
Gebruiksaanwijzing. Opgelet! baby’s tot 12 maanden zijn erg kwetsbaar, laat daarom je kind nooit alleen en houd uw kindje ten
allen tijde vast tijdens het badderen. Plaats het babybad altijd op een stabiele ondergrond (B). Wij raden aan hiervoor de bébé-jou
badstandaard (2) te gebruiken. Wanneer het babybad stabiel staat, vult u deze met water. Zorg ervoor dat het badwater niet te warm
is. Als het water tussen de 35 en de 37 graden (99 °F) is, dan is het warm genoeg. Het water, inclusief uw kindje mag niet hoger zijn
dan maximaal 15 cm (A). Wanneer uw kindje kan zitten dan mag het water maximaal tot aan de taille van uw kindje komen.
In de eerste weken is het belangrijk dat ook de schouders van uw kindje onder water zijn, zodat deze niet kunnen afkoelen. Badder
uw kindje niet te lang (max. 10 minuten) en droog het goed af. Zorg ervoor dat uw kindje warm blijft en voorkom grote
temperatuurverschillen.
WAARSCHUWINGEN!
OPGELET! Laat je kind nooit zonder toezicht.
- Kinderen kunnen zeer snel en in zeer laag water (±2 cm) verdrinken.

Baby bath 156. A comfortable baby bath, available in a variety of different colours and designs. The baby bath has an integrated
seating area and because of its size means it can be used for a long period of time. The baby bath’s simple design makes it easy to
clean. The baby bath meets all applicable environmental, product and safety requirements.
Instructions for Use. Please note babies up to 12 months are especially vulnerable, therefore make sure you never leave your
child alone and always hold him/her whilst bathing. Always make sure you position the baby bath on a stable surface (B). We
recommend using the bébé-jou bath stand (2). Fill the baby bath with water once it has been stably positioned. Make sure the bath
water isn’t too hot. The water should be warm enough if it’s between 35 and 37 degrees (99 °F). The water, including your child,
shouldn’t exceed a total of 15 cm (A). The water can maximally go up to your child’s waist once he or she is able to sit.
It’s important for your child’s shoulders to also be immersed in the water during the initial weeks, in order to make sure these can’t
cool off too much. Don’t bathe your child for too long (max. 10 minutes) and make sure you dry him or her thoroughly. Make sure
your child stays warm at all times and avoid any major temperature fluctuations.
WARNINGS!
BEWARE! Never leave your child unattended!
- Children can drown very quickly and can do so in very low water (±2 cm).
- The baby bath offers no protection against drowning. Children have drowned in baths.
- If you have no option but to leave the room, then always take your child with you.
- Always make sure the baby bath is positioned on a stable surface (B).
- Always check the water’s temperature before putting your child in the bath.
- Never fill the bath up using the tap whilst your child is in the baby bath.
- Make sure your child can’t reach the tap whilst bathing.
- The baby bath can be used for children with a maximum weight of 20 kg.
- Only combine the authentic bébé-jou parts and products. Combining your bébé-jou products with products from another brand is
not safe. For example, make sure you always position a bébé-jou baby bath on top of a bébé-jou bath stand (2).
Cleaning. Clean the baby bath with lukewarm water and mild soap and subsequently dry it with a cloth. Never use chemical cleaning agents.
