disconnect the negative battery terminal
before installing this product. Ensure that all
installation connections, especially the air
bag indicator lights, are plugged in before
reconnecting the battery or cycling the ignition
to test this product.

Ford Stop/Start Override Interface 2015-Up
APPLICATIONS
• Allows the override of the STOP/START engine feature
• The factory STOP/START button can resume the STOP/START feature
• Can be used with either a factory or aftermarket radio

Vehicle type configured through the Axxess Updater software program
• Simple plug n’ play installation, no wiring required
The is designed to disengage the STOP/START feature of the vehicle, and keep that feature disengaged even after the key has been AXSSO-FD
cycled. The will work with either an aftermarket radio, or a factory radio. A simple plug n’ play installation is all that is required to install AXSSO-FD
the device in the vehicle, and programming through a Windows 10 computer via the software program.

Download and install the software program from: Axxess Updater
axxessinterfaces.com/resources/updater-software
On the next screen that opens, select the year, make, and model of the
vehicle, then press . (Figure B)Program Interface
Connect the micro-B USB cable (sold separately) to the computer and
AXSSO-FD interface. Open the software program and Axxess Updater
wait until the word is shown in the bottom left of the screen. Ready

From the wiring harness in the vehicle behind the radio:
1. Unclip the connector located behind the l.climate contro
2. Replace it with the connector from the AXSSO-FD harness, and then connect the other end to the
climate control harness. (Figure A)
3. Plug the AXSSO-FD harness into the AXSSO-FD interface. (Figure A)
These vehicles will connect at the OBD2 connector, located inside the driver’s side dashboard

From the OBD2 connector in the dash:
1. Disconnect the factory OBD2 connector from under the dash.
2. Plug the AXSSO-FD harness into the OBD2 connector.
3. Connect the AXSSO-FD harness to the wiring harness in the dash.
4. Plug the AXSSO-FD harness into the AXSSO-FD interface.
5. Zip tie the harness securely under the dash to avoid it from sagging.
