APF-ADHESIVE-1 /Acoustic Foam Liquid Adhesive
Directions
Note: You will need a standard
caulking gun to apply the
adhesive.
Warning! May contain
potential skin sensitizer
and cause eye, skin, and
respiratory irritation. Keep
out of the reach of children.
1. Clean the mounting
surface and make
sure it is dry and free
of foreign materials
before adhesion or
mounting. New
drywall must be
primed and painted
before using the
liquid adhesive.
2. Cut just the tip of the
threaded nozzle on
the tube.
3. Cut 1-inch off the
end of the included
nozzle, and screw
it onto the tube’s
threaded tip. The
open end of the
nozzle should be
1/4-inch wide.
4. Apply a continuous
line of adhesive
approximately
1/4-inch wide to the
back of the foam
panel. Apply an X or
zigzag in the center.
Evenly spread out the
adhesive with a putty
knife, and press the
foam panel to the wall
or ceiling. There is no
need to wait.
5. Firmly press over the
entire surface of the
panel to ensure a
proper bond.
Cure Time / Coverage
Normal Curing: 24 hours.
Coverage: 32 square feet of
foam per tube.
Safety Warnings
1. Not suitable for
structural bonding
and assembly.
2. Not suitable for
surfaces exuding oil,
plasticizer, or solvent.
3. Not recommended for
airtight spaces or
surfaces in direct
contact with food or
drink.
4. Do not apply when the
mounting surface
temperature is below
40°F or above 104°F
(4°C or above 40°C).
5. Not suitable for
caulking and bonding
between exterior wall
concrete or lime
walls, and aluminum-
plastic panels.
6. Keep out of the reach
of children.
Cleanup
This is a water-based
adhesive. Wipe o tools and
excessive adhesive with a
rag or paper towel, and
wash with soap and water.
Hardened adhesive is
removed at the user’s risk.
To clean adhesive from
skin, thoroughly wipe with
a dry cloth or paper towel
before washing with soap
and water.
Dispose of the container
and contents at an
approved waste disposal
plant. Fully cured adhesive
is nonhazardous.
Safety Instructions
1. Ensure excellent
ventilation at the
installation site
during adhesive
application.
2. Uncured adhesive
contact may irritate
the skin and lungs.
3. Wear eye protection
and remove contact
lenses before using
the adhesive. Do not
touch lenses until all
the adhesive is
cleared from the
fingertips, nails, and
cuticles. Residual
adhesive may
remain on fingers
for several days.
4. In case of accidental
contact of uncured
sealant with eyes,
rinse immediately
with plenty of clean
water and seek
medical advice.
If irritation persists,
seek medical
assistance.
5. Users must conduct
compatibility and
adhesion tests with
contact materials
before use, and
proceed with
application only
after confirmation.
Storage
Store in a dry environment
below 80°F (27°C). It is
recommended to use the
product within 9 months
from the date of production.

suitability of the product for their intended use and assumes all risks and liabilities connected therewith.

masonry, wood, and metal. The long-lasting formula of fers excellent weather and
aging resistance, as well as high-and low-temperature resistance.
