Buttons and functions

Pedometer

1. Press [ MODE ] to enter thestep counting mode. “STEP” appears on

thedisplay.

2. Thestep counting begins as soon as you begin walking.

3. Select or by pressing [ SET ] for 3 seconds. “Unit” will show km miles

on thedisplay. Select or by pressing [ RESET ]. km miles

Confirm with [ MODE ].

4. Theweight value will begin to flash. Set your weight with [ RESET ] and

confirm by pressing [ MODE ].

5. Thestride length will begin to flash. Set your stride length with [ RESET ]

and confirm by pressing [ MODE ].

Distance

1. Press [ MODE ] to enter thedistance mode. “KM” or “Miles” will show on

thedisplay. Change theunit by pressing [ SET ].

2. Thedistance measuring begins as soon as you begin walking.

3. To clear thedata, hold down [ RESET ] for 3 seconds.

Calorie burn measurement

1. Press [ MODE ] to enter thecalories burned mode. “KCAL” is shown

on thedisplay.

2. To clear thedata, hold down [ RESET ] for 3 seconds.

1. In clock mode, hold in the [ SET ] button for 2 seconds to enter

thesettings mode.

2. Thehours start to flash. Press [ RESET ] to set thehours. Then press [ MODE ]

to go to theminutes.

3. Theminutes setting flashes. Press [ RESET ] repeatedly to set theminutes.

Then press [ MODE ] to go to theseconds. Theseconds flash.

Press [ RESET ] to reset thereadings to zero.

4. Then press [ MODE ] to select thetime format, 12/24 h. Press [ RESET ]

to select and confirm with [ MODE ].
