12 V Cooler/Warmer

Please read the entire instruction manual before use and save it
for future reference. We reserve the right for any errors in text or
images and for making any necessary technical changes to this
document. If you should have any questions concerning technical
problems please contact our Customer Services.
Safety
• Place thecooler/warmer in anarea where there is constant
free airflow available.
• Never cover thecooler/warmer during use.
• Always place thecooler/warmer on aflat, stable surface.
• Do not subject thecooler/warmer to knocks or blows.
• Do not attempt to open thehousing of the cooler/warmer or
modify it in any way.
• All repairs must only be carried out by qualified service technicians.
Note:
• This cooler/warmer contains electronic components
and must only be used indoors, under cover or in such
conditions that it is not exposed to moisture, water or other
liquid.
• Thecooler/warmer is only intended for temporary cooling/
warming. It is not intended for continuous use over
anextended period. Operating instructions
Note:
• TheLED display of the cooler/warmer is only able to show
theapproximate temperature. Many factors can influence
thebox’s temperature such as theoverall ambient temperature,
how much is packed and how thecontents are packed.
• Turn thecooler/warmer off and let it rest for 5 minutes before
changing between thehot and cold functions.
• Thecooler/warmer has afan for automatic heat and cold
regulation.
1. Connect thecooler/warmer to a12 V socket.
2. Select thedesired function, ( ) or ( ) using HOT COLD
thefunction switch (6). Two LED indicators sit above each of
thetwo functions. Green = COLD, red = HOT.
3. Use thelid lock (2) to lock thelid securely in place. Observe
themarkings on lock knob itself to ensure proper locking.
4. Turn theselector switch to to turn cooler/warmer off.OFF
Handy hint
Use thedrinks lid to retrieve drinks in order to maintain aconsistent
cold/hot temperature. Fizzy drink bottles can be easily retrieved
using thedrinks lid.
3. Screw thefuse holder back into place to complete
theprocedure.
Troubleshooting guide
Thecooler/warmer
won’t turn on.
• Make sure that thepower lead is whole,
undamaged and properly connected to
both thebox and 12 V socket.
• Check that the12 V socket is live.
• Check thefuse status in the 12 V plug.
Change if necessary, see theChanging
thefuse section above.
Thecooler/warmer
has anautomatic
fan for heat and
cold regulation.
Theautomatic fan may turn on and off
sporadically in order to maintain proper
temperature regulation. This is completely
normal.

Care, maintenance and storage
• Always turn off thecooler/warmerand make sure it is
unplugged before cleaning.
• Never pour water directly into thecooler/warmer during
cleaning. Wipe theinterior and exterior of thecooler/warmer
with adamp cloth. Use only mild cleaning agents, never
solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Turn off thecooler/warmer and pull its lead from both
thebox and socket when it is not being used.
• Once cleaned, thecooler/warmer should be stored in adry,
dust-free environment and out of children’s reach.
Replacing the fuse
The12 V plug also doubles as afuse holder. Changing procedure:

Säkerhet
• Placera kylboxen så att luft alltid kan cirkulera fritt runt höljet
vid användning.
• Täck aldrig över kylboxen vid användning.
• Placera alltid kylboxen på ett plant och stabilt underlag.
• Utsätt inte kylboxen för slag och stötar.
• Försök inte öppna kylboxens hölje eller ändra den på något sätt.
• Alla reparationer måste utföras av kvalificerad servicepersonal.
Obs!
• Kylboxen innehåller elektroniska komponenter och får endast
användas inomhus, under tak eller under sådana förhållanden
att den inte utsätts för fukt, vatten eller annan vätska.
• Kylboxen är endast avsedd för tillfällig nedkylning/uppvärmning.
Den är inte avsedd för kontinuerlig användning under en
längre period.
Användning
Obs!
• Kylboxens LED-display visar ungefärlig temperatur. Många
faktorer påverkar temperaturen, t.ex. omgivande temperatur,
hur mycket varor som finns i boxen, hur dessa är packade.
• Stäng av kylboxen och låt den vila i 5 min innan du byter
funktion från kyla till värme eller tvärtom.
• Kylboxens fläkt slås på och stängs av automatiskt vid
användning för att reglera temperaturen.
1. Anslut kylboxen till ett 12 V-uttag.
2. Välj funktion, värme ( ) eller kyla ( ), med funktions-HOT COLD
väljaren (6). LED-indikatorerna ovanför respektive läge
indikerar vald funktion. Grön = kyla, röd = värme.
3. Använd låsvredet (2) för att låsa upp eller låsa locket,
se märkning på vredet.
4. Sätt funktionsväljaren i läge för att stänga av.OFF
Tips!
För att behålla kylan/värmen i boxen: använd extralocket för att
ta ut t.ex. dryck. Du kan ta ut en hel PET-flaska utan att öppna
det stora locket.
3. Skruva tillbaka säkringshållaren i proppen.
Felsökningsschema
Kylboxen går inte
att slå på.
• Se till att anslutningskabeln är hel
och ordentligt ansluten till kylboxen
och till 12 V-uttaget.
• Finns det ström i 12 V-uttaget?
• Kontrollera säkringen i 12 V-kabelns
propp. Byt vid behov, se avsnittet

Kylboxens fläkt slås
på och stängs av
vid användning.
Fläkten slås på/av automatiskt för att
reglera temperaturen. Detta är helt normalt.
Avfallshantering
När du ska göra dig av med produkten ska detta ske enligt
lokala föreskrifter. Är du osäker på hur du ska gå tillväga,
kontakta din kommun.

Skötsel, underhåll och förvaring
• Stäng av kylboxen och se till att den inte är ansluten till
12 V före rengöring.
• Häll inte vatten direkt i kylboxen vid rengöring. Torka av in- och
utsida med en fuktig trasa. Använd ett milt rengöringsmedel,
aldrig lösningsmedel eller frätande kemikalier.
• Stäng av kylboxen och dra ut 12 V-kabeln ur boxen och
ur 12 V-uttaget i bilen/husvagnen när boxen inte används.
• Förvara kylboxen väl rengjord på en sval dammfri plats utom
räckhåll för barn.
Byte av säkring
12 V-kabelns propp innehåller en säkring.
