This equipment has been engineered to provide you with year-round dependable service when used
according to the instructions in this manual and standard commercial kitchen practices.

submerged in water. Do not clean the unit with a water jet.

breaker or unplug the unit from the power source and allow to cool completely before performing
any maintenance or cleaning.
