1.0 Executive Summary
The InfraStruxure® Management Software Configuration Suite is a collection of software
configuration services designed to support the implementation of the customer’s data center
management software solution. The customer will have the option of selecting varying quantities of
mandatory and optional services to support the data center management application chosen in the
solution. InfraStruxure Management Software Configuration Suite options are listed below:
• InfraStruxure Management Software Configuration Base – Mandatory service
• InfraStruxure Central Software Configuration – Optional
• InfraStruxure Operations Software Configuration – Optional
• InfraStruxure Capacity Software Configuration – Optional
• InfraStruxure Post Configuration Insight - Optional
Each of the individual service option will have activities unique to the specific application. The
details of the individual activities will be defined in the respective Statements of Work (SOW). The
individual SOW will outline the service objectives associated with the specified activity. In addition
the service objectives for the individual service SOW will include the Features & Benefits, Details of
Service, Assumptions, Deliverables, Exclusions, Scope of Responsibility, Project Work Details,
Pricing and Terms & Conditions.

The InfraStruxure Management Software Configuration Suite is an aggregation of individual service
option activities. The details of the service activities are outlined in the respective SOW.

SOW.
5.0 Deliverables
The deliverables associated with the individual service activities are outlined in the respective
SOW.

7.0 Scope of Responsibility
The scope of responsibility will be associated with the individual service activities are outlined in the
respective SOW.
8.0 Project Work Details
The information stated here are the details of the project performed by APC for the customer
including the schedule, location and successful completion criteria.
8.1 SCHEDULE
Actual set dates will be discussed and approved between APC and the customer.
8.2 LOCATION
The location of this installation will be on-site and performed at the ship to location of the
equipment unless informed of a new location by the customer in a 48-hour period before
installation is to be done.
8.3 COMPLETION CRITERIA
APC is expected to have finished its written duties when any of the following occurs:

PC completes all the tasks described in Section 5.0 of this Statement of Work
This service and SOW are terminated for other reasons, within the APC Customer Agreement.
9.0 Pricing
Pricing for the InfraStruxure Management Software Configuration (WNSC01) will be the sum of the
individual service activities.
