Questo spremiagrumi, disegnato da
Philippe Starck nel 1988, è prodotto in
fusione di alluminio.
Istruzioni per l'uso
PONETE lo spremiagrumi sopra un piano
rigido e collocate sotto l'estremità affusolata
del corpo un bicchiere di giusta dimensione.
AFFERRATE con una mano la sommità
di uno dei tre sostegni e con l'altra la metà
di un frutto precedentemente sezionato.
INIZIATE la spremitura ponendo a contatto
il frutto con la sommità affusolata del corpo
ed esercitate una leggera pressione
accompagnata da piccoli movimenti rotatori.
Il liquido ottenuto percorrerà il corpo dello
spremiagrumi per poi cadere nel bicchiere
sottostante (fig. 1).
TERMINATO L'USO, sciacquate "Juicy
Salif" immediatamente sotto l'acqua
corrente (fig. 2) ed asciugatelo, ricordando
che l'eventuale utilizzo di detersivi abrasivi
può danneggiare la figura superficiale.
NOTA: l'alluminio, metallo con cui è
stato realizzato "Juicy Salif", può essere
aggredito da fattori atmosferici.
E' consigliabile, in caso di inutilizzo
prolungato, fare una spremuta a perdere
in modo da cancellare eventuali cattivi
sapori. Inoltre, soprattutto nei climi marini,
è possibile la formazione di macchie
dovute all'ossidazione, le quali comunque
non ne compromettono l'utilizzo. Il
particolare in gomma posto all'estremità
dei tre sostegni è considerato ricambio.
Per questo, in caso di smarrimento o di
usura, potete acquistare un nuovo pezzo
dal vostro rivenditore Alessi. Questo
prodotto non può essere lavato in
lavastoviglie.

Lemon Squeezer "Juicy Salif"
PSJS
This lemon squeezer, designed by Philippe
Starck in 1998, is made of aluminium casting.
Instructions for use
PLACE the lemon squeezer on a stable
surface and fit an appropriate-sized glass
underneath the tapered end of the body.
HOLD the top of one of the three supports
with one hand and with the other a piece
of fruit that has been sliced in half.
BEGIN squeezing by putting the fruit on
the rounded tip of the body and press lightly,
making slow rotating movements at the same
time. The liquid produced will run down
the body of the lemon squeezer and into
the glass below (fig. 1).
AFTER USE, rinse immediately under
running water (fig. 2), and dry. Remember
that the use of abrasive detergents may
cause damage to the surface finish.
NOTE: aluminium, the metal which
"Juicy Salif" is made of, is sensitive to
elements in the atmosphere.
If the lemon squeezer is not used with
frequency, it is advisable to discard the
first squeeze, in order to avoid any possible
bad flavours.
Furthermore, particularly in marine
climates, it is possible that stains may
form as a result of oxidation, but these in
any case do not compromise the quality
of the juice squeezed.
The rubber feet situated at the end of the
three supports are replaceable. Thus, in
case of loss or wear, a new piece can be
obtained from your dealer. This product
cannot be put in the dishwasher.

Zitronenpresse “Juicy Salif”
PSJS
Diese von Philippe Starck 1988,
entworfene Zitronenpresse wird in
Aluminuimguß hergestellt.
Gebrauchsanweisung
STELLEN Sie die Zitronenpresse auf eine
Arbeitsfläche und unter das Ende ein Glas
passender Grösse.
HALTEN Sie mit einer Hand eine der
drei Stützen fest und mit der anderen
eine vorher halbierte Frucht.
DRÜCKEN Sie die halbierte Fraucht auf
die abgerundete Spitze, üben Sie einen
leichten Druck aus, und drehen Sie die
Frucht leicht. Der Saft rinnt dabei an der
Zitronenpresse hinunter und sammelt
sich im darunterstehenden Glas (Abb. 1).
NACH GEBRAUCH spülen Sie die
Zitronenpresse sofort unter fließendem
Wasser (Abb. 2) und trocken Sie sie ab.
Denken sie daran, dass kratzende Spülmittel
die Oberfläche beschädigen können.
HINWEIS: Aluminium, das Metall, aus
dem "Juicy Salif" hergestellt wird, kann
von atmosphärischen Faktoren angegriffen
werden. Nach längerem Nichtgebrauch
ist es ratsam, den ersten gepreßten Saft
nicht zu verwenden.
So vermeiden Sie einen schlechten
Beigeschmack. Vor allem im feuchten
Meeresklima können wegen Oxydation,
Flecke entstehen, die jedoch den
Gebrauch der Zitronenpresse nicht
beeinträchtigen.
Die Gummiteile an der Spitze der drei
Stützen sind bei Verlust oder Verschleiß als
Ersatzteil bei Ihrem Fachhändler erhältlich.
Das Produkt soll nicht in der
Spülmaschine gespült werden.
