Bedienungsanleitung

2. Kurzbeschreibung: Der ACE II ist ein digitaler Alkoholtester, welcher die Alkoholkonzentration in der Atemluft

mißt und daraus die Blutalkoholkonzentration berechnet.

4. Was ist was:

Dem ACE II liegen einzeln verpackte Mundstücke bei. Verwenden Sie für jeden neuen Test ein neues, einzeln verpacktes

Mundstück. Verwenden Sie auch keine gereinigten oder desinﬁzierten Mundstücke. Die ACE Handels– und Entwicklungs

GmbH lehnt jeden Ersatz für Schäden, die durch die wiederholte Verwendung von ein und demselben Mundstück

entstehen, ab.

5. Alkoholtest mit dem ALCOSCAN ACE II:

5.1. Einlegen der Batterien: Drücken Sie auf den geriffelten Pfeil der Batterieabdeckung und ziehen Sie diese ab. Legen Sie

zwei Batterien Größe AAA (Mini, LR03) 1,5 V in die Batteriefächer. Achten Sie auf die richtige Polarität: Lange Feder Minuspol;

kurze Feder Pluspol. Schieben Sie die Batterieabdeckung auf das Gerät, bis sie einrastet.

5.2. Durchführung des Alkoholtests:

5.2.1. Aktivmessung: Drücken Sie kurz den Bedienknopf. Wenn Sie den Bedienknopf lang drücken, erscheint die Zahl bisher 

absolvierter Tests. Das Gerät läuft ein. Führen Sie währenddessen ein Mundstück in die Einblasöffnung ein. In der Anzeige  

erscheint . Blasen Sie ohne abzusetzen mit mittlerer Stärke in das Mundstück. Der ACE II analysiert die Atemprobe und BLOW 

zeigt das Ergebnis in Promille an. Nach fünf Pieptönen erlischt die Displaybeleuchtung. Um einen neuerlichen Test durchzuführen, 

halten Sie den Bedienknopf gedrückt.

5.2.2. Passivmessung: Die Passivmessung führen Sie durch, wenn der Proband zur Abgabe einer aktiven Atemprobe nicht fähig

ist. Führen Sie Schritt bis durch. Führen Sie den ACE II an den Atembereich der Person heran. Drücken Sie während der  

Ausatemphase der Person den Bedienknopf. Sie hören ein deutliches Geräusch. Der ACE II führt nun Schritt durch.

7. So erhalten Sie ein möglichst genaues Ergebnis:

g Warten Sie nach dem letzten Schluck Alkohol mindestens 15 Minuten bis zum Alkoholtest. Essen, trinken, rauchen Sie während

dieser Zeit nicht. g Öffnen Sie das Gehäuse nicht. g Bewahren Sie den ACE II nicht an einem kalten oder heißen oder feuchten

oder schlecht belüfteten Platz auf. g Bewahren Sie den ACE II außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf. g Führen Sie nach länge-

rer Aufbewahrungszeit drei „Einlauftests“ durch, bevor Sie den eigentlichen Alkoholtest durchführen.

g Lassen Sie den ACE II nicht

fallen. g Ersetzen Sie bei Batteriealarm die Batterien. Verringerte Batteriekapazität führt zu falschen Testergebnissen.

g Führen Sie

keinen Test in lauten (Schallwellen stören den Sensor), zugigen oder schlecht belüfteten Plätzen durch.

g Nach einem Testergebnis

von 1,00 Promille oder höher benötigt der Sensor eine längere Erholungszeit. Warten Sie in diesem Fall mindestens drei Minuten mit

den nächsten Test. g Führen Sie keinen Test durch in sehr kalter, sehr heißer oder unbelüfteter, rauchiger Umgebung. g Bewahren

Sie den ACE II im dafür vorgesehenen Koffer auf, um das Eindringen von Staub und Flüssigkeiten zu verhindern.

8. Hinweise zum Batteriegesetz (BattG) - Batterietausch:

Das Gerät, auf das sich diese Bedienungsanleitung bezieht, enthält im Auslieferungszustand zwei Alkali-Mangan-Batterien. Diese

Batterien sind nicht dazu bestimmt, wieder aufgeladen zu werden. Der Versuch der Wiederauﬂadung kann Sach- und Personen-

schäden nach sich ziehen. Auch ist die Verwendung von auﬂadbaren Batterien im Gerät nicht möglich, da sonst Schaden am Gerät

entsteht. Sind die Batterien leer, dürfen Sie nicht in den Hausmüll. Altbatterien enthalten möglicherweise Schadstoffe, die Umwelt

und Gesundheit schaden können. Bitte geben Sie die Batterien/Akkus im Handel oder an den Recyclinghöfen der Kommunen ab.

Die Rückgabe ist unentgeltlich und gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Bitte werfen Sie nur entladene Batterien in die aufgestellten Behälter

und kleben Sie bei Lithium-Batterien die Pole ab. Zum Batterietausch ziehen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel vom Gerät ab und ersetzen

die verbrauchten Batterien gegen neue. Achten Sie dabei auf die Polarität: Die Minuspole der Batterien haben mit den Federn in den

Batteriemulden Kontakt. Schieben Sie den Batteriefachdeckel auf das Gehäuse und lassen Sie ihn einrasten. Alle Batterien und Akkus

werden wieder verwertet. So lassen sich wertvolle Rohstoffe wie Eisen, Zink oder Nickel wieder gewinnen. Batterierecycling ist die

leichteste Umweltschutzübung der Welt.

Die Mülltonne bedeutet: Batterien und Akkus dürfen nicht in

den Hausmüll. Die Zeichen unter den Mülltonnen stehen für:

g Pb: Batterie enthält Blei

g Cd: Batterie enthält Cadmium

g Hg: Batterie enthält Quecksilber

9. Kalibrierung:

Um die Genauigkeit des ACE II zu erhalten, empfehlen wir die Kalibrierung im Abstand von einem halben Jahr. Die Kalibrierung muß

nicht zwingend vorgenommen werden; die Genauigkeit des ACE II nimmt jedoch ohne Kalibrierung stetig ab. Senden Sie den ACE II

mit dem Zusatz „Alkomat Kalibrierservice“ an die auf der mit dem Gerät gelieferten Rechnung angegebene Firmenadresse.

Wir empfehlen die Einsendung als Paket, damit im Fall der Unaufﬁndbarkeit der Abliefernachweis bzw.

Nachforschungsauftrag möglich ist.

10. Garantie und Haftung:

10.1. Garantie:

Die ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH übernimmt für das Produkt, dem diese Garantie- und Haftungserklärung beiliegt - in allen

Versionen und Benennungen - eine Garantie von zwei Jahren nach dem Kauf auf Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler; eine Garantie von

einem Jahr auf den Sensor. Diese Garantie schließt die Elektronik sowie das Gehäuse ein bzw. bezieht sich auf den Sensor ohne

Probenahmekomponenten. Nicht unter die Garantie fallen Komponenten, die bei Wirksamkeit zwangsläuﬁg zerstört werden

(z. B. Sicherungen). Die Garantie gilt ab Datum der Auslieferung oder ab Datum der ersten Inbetriebnahme (der jeweils kürzere

Zeitraum gilt), wenn dies in der Begleitliteratur des Produkts der ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH nicht anders angegeben ist.

10.2 Garantie- und Haftungsbeschränkung:

10.2.1. Produktbeschränkung: Die ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH lehnt jegliche weitere ausdrückliche oder stillschweigend

angenommene Garantie ab, einschließlich der Marktfähigkeit und Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck. Die Garantie gilt insbesondere

nicht für Kalibrierung. Nach dem Austausch des Sensors ist die Kalibrierung zwingend erforderlich. Sind bei einem Produkt

Sensortausch und / oder Kalibrierung notwendig, so erhält der Anwender ggfs. einen Kostenvoranschlag. Lehnt der Anwender den

Kostenvoranschlag ab, sendet die ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH das Produkt unrepariert / unkalibriert zurück und das

Produkt wird entsprechend gekennzeichnet. Sollte das Produkt diese Gewahrleistung nicht erfüllen, beschränken sich der Anspruch

des Käufers und die Pﬂichten der ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH ausschließlich und nach freiem Ermessen der ACE Handels-

und Entwicklungs GmbH auf den Austausch oder die Reparatur der betroffenen Waren oder auf eine Erstattung des Kaufpreises für

die beanstandeten Waren.

10.2.2. Anwendungsbeschränkung: Die ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH haftet in keinem Fall für zusätzliche Schäden,

Nebenschäden oder Folgeschäden wie unter anderem entgangene Gewinne und Nutzungsausfall, die aus Verkauf, Herstellung oder

Nutzung der unter diesem Haftungsausschluss verkauften Produkte entstehen, unabhängig davon, ob diese Ansprüche aus Verträgen,

Fahrlässigkeit oder anderen schuldhaften Handlungen hergeleitet werden.

Das Produkt, dem diese Garantie- und Haftungserklärung beiliegt, ganz gleich, in welcher Version und Benennung, kann insbesondere

nicht rechtsverbindlich dafür herangezogen werden, um die Tauglichkeit einer Person zum Lenken eines Fahrzeugs oder zur Ausfüh-

rung einer Handlung, die unter Alkoholeinﬂuss zu Eigen- und Fremdgefährdung führt, festzustellen.

Die sorgfaltige Prüfung aller Produkte bei Erhalt auf Beschädigungen, eine für die gegebene Anwendung des Kaufers geeignete

Kalibrierung und die bestimmungsgemäße Nutzung, Instandsetzung und Wartung gemäß der Anweisungen in der von der ACE

Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH gelieferten Produktliteratur sind zwingende Voraussetzungen für diese Garantie. Instandsetzungs-

oder Wartungsarbeiten durch nicht qualiﬁziertes Personal führen ebenso zum Erlöschen der Garantie wie die Verwendung nicht

freigegebener Verbrauchsmaterialien oder Ersatzteile. Wie bei allen technisch anspruchsvollen Produkten ist es eine grundlegende

und für die Garantie der ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH zwingende Voraussetzung, dass alle Benutzer dieser Produkte mit der

Verwen-dung, den Fähigkeiten und Beschränkungen des Produkts, wie in der betreffenden Produktliteratur beschrieben, vertraut sind.

10.2.3. Beratungsbeschränkung: Der Käufer bestätigt, dass er die beabsichtigte Verwendung und Eignung der gekauften Waren

für jeglichen Verwendungszweck in alleiniger Verantwortung geprüft hat. Zwischen den Parteien wird ausdrücklich vereinbart, das

jegliche technische oder andere Beratung durch die ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH hinsichtlich der Nutzung der Waren

oder Dienstleistungen kostenlos und auf ausschließliches Risiko des Käufers geleistet wurde. Daher erwächst der ACE Handels- und

Entwicklungs GmbH keinerlei Verpﬂichtung oder Haftung aus den Empfehlungen oder deren Ergebnissen.

   

6. Warnmeldungen:

6.1. Ungenügende Atemprobe: In der Anzeige erscheint . Dies bedeutet, daß FLOW

der ACE II nicht genügend Atemluft für eine Analyse zur Verfügung hat. Schalten Sie den

ACE II erneut ein und blasen Sie, nachdem in der Anzeige erscheint, kräftiger und BLOW

ohne abzusetzen vier Sekunden in das Mundstück, bis Sie zwei Pieptöne hören und zwei

„Schläge“ spüren.

6.2. Batteriewarnung:

Wenn in der Anzeige zu sehen ist, sind die Batterien verbraucht. Ersetzen sie die BAT

eingelegten Batterien durch frische Batterien vom Typ AAA (Mini, LR03) 1,5 V Alkali.

Verwenden Sie keine Akkus.

Durch Änderungen am Produkt können sich die unter 5. und 6. beschriebenenen Abläufe ändern. Dies kann ohne

Verankündigung und Anpassung der Bedienungsanleitung geschehen und ist kein Grund zur Reklamation, Retoure oder

Preisminderung. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Anwenders, Abweichungen zwischen der Bediendungsanleitung und

der tatsächlichen Bedienung des ACE II zu erkennen und entsprechend zu reagieren.

User Manual

The ACE II comes with singly wrapped mouth pieces. Use a new, single wrapped mouth piece for every new test. Do not

use sanitized or disinfected mouth pieces. The ACE trading and developing ltd. Company rejects any claims for damages

that arise from the multiple use of the same mouth piece.

5. alcohol test with the ALCOSCAN ACE II:

5.1. inserting batteries: Press the rufﬂed arrow on the battery cover and pull it off. Insert two batteries size AAA (Mini, LR03)

1,5 V into the battery mould. Watch for the correct polarity: Long spring negative pole; short spring positive pole. Push the battery

cover back into place.

5.2. operation of the alcohol test:

5.2.1. active measuring: Press the operation knob brieﬂy. When you press the knob long it will show the number of completed 

tests. The device runs in. Meanwhile insert the mouth piece into the blow opening. The display shows . Blow into the   BLOW

mouthpiece without interruption at medium strength. The ACE II analyses the breath sample and shows the result in per mill. 

 The display light turns off after 5 bleeps. In order to perform another test keep the knob pressed.

5.2.2. Passive measuring: Die Passivmessung führen Sie durch, wenn der Proband zur Abgabe einer aktiven Atemprobe nicht fähig

ist. Follow steps to . Approach the ACE II to the person’s breath. Keep the operation knob pressed while the person exhales.  

You will clearly hear a sound. The ACE II is now performing step .

7. how to achieve best possible accurate results:

g Wait at least 15 minutes after the last zip of alcohol until using the alcohol test. Do not eat, drink or smoke during that time.

g Do not open the housing. g Do not store the ACE II at a cold or hot or humid or insufﬁciently vented place.

g Keep the ACE

ALCOSCAN II out of reach of children. g Perform three „run in tests“, after a longer storage time, before performing the actual

alcohol test. g Do not drop the ACE II. g Replace batteries upon battery alarm sign. Low battery capacity leads to false test results.

g Do not conduct any test in noisy (sound waves disturb the sensor) draughty or badly vented places.

g After a test result of 1,00

per mill or higher the sensor needs a longer rest. In this case wait for a minimum of three minutes until the next test.

g Do not

conduct any test in very cold, very hot or unvented, smoky surroundings.

g Store the ALCOSCAN II in the according case in order

to prevent the intrusion of dust and liquids.

8. notes on the battery law (BattG) – exchange of batteries:

The device covered by this operation manual contains two alkali- manganese batteries upon delivery. These batteries are not meant

to be recharged. Attempting to recharge may be harmful to people or goods. Neither is the application of rechargeable batteries in

the device possible, as it causes damage to the device. Dead batteries shall not be disposed of in domestic garbage. Old batteries

may contain harmful substances that may be harmful to health and environment. Please return the batteries/rechargeable ones to

the retailer or your local recycling collection place. The return is free of charge and stipulated by law. Please throw only run down

batteries into the provided containers and cover up the poles of lithium batteries.

For battery exchange pull the battery cover off the device and replace the used batteries against new ones. Watch for the polarity:

The negative poles of the batteries have contact to the springs in the battery mold. Push the battery cover back onto the housing

until it clicks.

All batteries and rechargeable ones are recycled. Valuable commodities like iron, zinc, or nickel can thus be recovered. Battery

recycling is the simplest act of environmental protection in the world. Thank you for participating.

The trash bin means: Batteries and rechargeables may not

be disposed off in domestic garbage. The symbols under the

trash bin stand for:

g Hg: Battery contains quick silver

9. calibration:

In order to maintain the accuracy of the ACE II, it is advised to recalibrate after 6 months. The calibration is not mandatory, but the

accuracy of the ACE II deteriorates continuously. Send the ACE II marked „Alkomat calibration service“ to the company address

stated on the invoice. We suggest to ship as parcel, so a tracking and tracing is possible in case it gets lost.

10. warranty and liability:

10.1. warranty:

The ACE trading and developing ltd. Company assumes a warranty of two years after purchase for the product that comes with this

warranty and liability declaration - in all versions and designations for material- and production defects; a warranty of one year

for the sensor. This warranty includes the electronics and housing, resp. with regard to the sensor without sampling components.

Components that are inevitably destroyed when working (e.g. fuses) are exempt from warranty. The warranty comes into force from

the delivery date or date of ﬁrst operation (whichever time period is shorter), if not otherwise stated in the accompanying documents

to product by the ACE trading and developing ltd. company.

10.2 warranty and liability limitations:

10.2.1. product limitation: The ACE trading and developing ltd. Company rejects any further explicitly or tacitly assumed warranty

including the marketability and suitability for a certain purpose. The warranty explicitly does not cover the calibration. After a sensor

exchange a calibration is compellingly necessary.

If the product requires sensor exchange and/or calibration, the user is provided with an estimate. If the user refuses the estimate,

ACE trading and developing ltd. Company will return the product in unrepaired/uncalibrated condition and the product shall be

marked accordingly.

Should the product not meet this warranty the purchaser’s rights and the duties of ACE trading and developing ltd. company are

limited exclusively to and under the discretion of ACE trading and developing ltd. company the exchange or repair of the affected

goods or a purchase price refund.

10.2.2. application limitation: By no means shall ACE trading and developing ltd. company be liable for additional damages, collateral

damage or consequential damage, e.g. loss of proﬁts or exploitation which could result from the sales, production or utilization

of such products sold under this liability restriction regardless whether such claims arise from contracts, neglect or other default

actions.

The product of any version or designation that comes with this warranty and liability declaration shall not be held legally responsible

particularly for determining a person’s ability to conduct a vehicle or willed conduct under the inﬂuence of alcohol which endangers

him or others.

Mandatory preconditions for this warranty are the careful checking of all products for damage upon receipt, a calibration suitable

for the respective application by the purchaser and observing the determined way of use, repair and maintenance according to the

instructions in the accompanying leaﬂets by ACE trading and developing ltd. company. Repairs or maintenance works executed by

unqualiﬁed personnel as well as the use of unapproved expendable materials and spare parts lead to the expiry of the warranty.

As applies to all technically demanding products it is a basic precondition and mandatory for the warranty by ACE trading and

developing ltd. Company that all users of these products are familiar with the handling, properties and limitations of the product as

described in the respective product literature.

10.2.3. advisory limitation: The purchaser conﬁrms that he has undertaken to examine in his sole responsibility the intended appli-

cation and suitability of the purchased goods for any purpose of use. It is explicitly agreed between the parties that any technical

or other advice by ACE trading and developing ltd. company with regard to the use of goods or services has been rendered free of

charge and at the purchaser’s sole risk. Therefore no obligation or liability shall arise from such recommendations by ACE trading

and developing ltd. company or the results thereof.

   

6. warning signals:

6.1. insufﬁcient breath sample: The display shows . This means that the ACE FLOW

II is not provided with sufﬁcient breath for an analysis. Turn on the ACE II once more and

blow more strongly and without interruption for four seconds into the mouth piece after

the sign appears on the display until you hear two bleeps and sense two strikes BLOW

in the ACE II.

6.2. battery warning:

When the sign appears, the batteries are dead. Replace the inserted batteries by BAT

inserting new AAA type batteries (Mini, LR03) 1,5 V Alkali.

Do not use rechargeable ones.

Amendments to the product may lead to changes in the sequence as described under 5. and 6. This may happen

without prior notice and adaptation of the operation manual and constitutes no reason for complaining, returning or

lowering the price. It is subject to the responsibility of the user to notice deviations between the operation manual and

the factual operation of the ACE II and to act correspondingly.

Des embouts emballés individuellement sont joints à l’appareil ACE II. Pour chaque nouveau test, utilisez un nouvel

embout emballé individuellement. N’utilisez pas d’embout nettoyé ou désinfecté. La société ACE Handels- und

Entwicklungs GmbH refuse toute indemnité pour les dommages résultant de la réutilisation du même embout.

5. Test d’alcoolémie avec ACE ALCOSCAN II:

5.1. Mise en place des piles: Pressez sur la ﬂèche cannelée du couvercle de piles et retirez celui-ci. Introduisez deux piles

AAA (mini, LR03) 1,5 V dans les logements de piles. Veiller à respecter la polarité : Ressort long, pôle négatif ; ressort court, pôle

positif. Glissez le couvercle de piles sur l’appareil jusqu‘à ce qu‘il s‘enclenche.

5.2. Exécution du test d’alcoolémie:

5.2.1. Mesure active: Effectuez une courte pression sur le bouton de commande Si vous effectuez une pression longue, le 

nombre des tests pratiqués jusque-là s’afﬁche. L’appareil se met en marche. Pendant ce temps, introduisez un embout dans 

l’oriﬁce de soufﬂage. L’indication . s’afﬁche. Soufﬂez dans l’embout à puissance moyenne sans interruption. L’appareil  BLOW 

ACE II analyse l’échantillon d’air expiré et indique le résultat en taux pour mille. L’éclairage de l’écran s’éteint après 5 bips brefs. 

Pour effectuer un nouveau test, maintenez le bouton de commande enfoncé.

5.2.2. Mesure passive: La mesure passive s’effectue lorsque la personne à tester n’est pas capable de fournir un échantillon d’air

expiré. Effectuez les étapes à . Approchez l’appareil ACE II dans la zone d’expiration de la personne. Appuyez sur le bouton  

de commande durant la phase d’expiration de la personne. Vous entendez nettement un bruit. L’appareil ACE II effectue maintenant

l’étape .

7. Pour obtenir un résultat le plus précis possible:

g Attendez au moins 15 minutes après la dernière absorption d’alcool pour effectuer l’éthylotest. Ne mangez, buvez, fumez pas

g Ne laissez pas tomber l’ACE II. g Remplacez les piles dès

l’alerte d’alimentation. Les capacités réduites des piles entraînent de faux résultats aux tests.

g N’effectuez pas de test dans des

endroits bruyants (les ondes sonores perturbent le capteur), exposés aux courants d’air ou mal ventilés. g Après un résultat de test

de 1,00 pour mille ou supérieur, le capteur a besoin d’un temps de récupération plus long. Dans ce cas, attendez au moins trois

minutes avant d’effectuer le prochain test. g N’effectuez pas de test dans un environnement très froid, très chaud ou non ventilé,

enfumé. g Conservez l’ALCOSCAN II dans la malette prévue à cet effet aﬁn d’éviter son exposition à la poussière et à l’humidité.

8. Informations concernant la loi sur les piles (BattG):

L’appareil concerné par la présente notice d’utilisation contient deux piles alcalines manganèse. Ces piles ne sont pas destinées

à être rechargées. La tentative de rechargement de ces piles peut entraîner des dommages pour les personnes et les biens.

L’utilisation de piles rechargeables n’est pas possible dans l’appareil qui serait endommagé. Les piles usagées ne doivent pas

être éliminées avec les ordures ménagères. Les piles usagées peuvent contenir des substances toxiques susceptibles de polluer

l’environnement et de nuire à la santé. Veuillez remettre les piles / accus au commerçant ou au lieu de recyclage des communes.

La reprise des piles est gratuite et prescrite par la loi. Veuillez jeter uniquement des piles usagées dans les conteneurs prévus et

isolez les pôles des piles au lithium avec un ruban adhésif. Pour remplacer les piles, retirez le couvercle de l’appareil et échangez

les piles usagées contre des piles neuves. Veiller à respecter la polarité : Les pôles négatifs des piles entrent en contact avec les

ressorts des logements de piles. Remettez le couvercle du compartiment à piles en place jusqu’à l’enclenchement. Toutes les piles

et tous les accus sont recyclés. Ainsi, il est possible de récupérer des matériaux bruts précieux comme le fer, le zinc ou le nickel.

Le recyclage des piles est la mesure de protection de l’environnement la plus facile au monde.

La poubelle signiﬁe : Les piles et les accus ne

doivent pas être éliminés avec les ordures ménagères.

Les symboles sous les poubelles signiﬁent:

g Hg: La pile contient du mercure

9. Etalonnage:

Pour maintenir la précision de l’ACE II, nous recommandons l’étalonnage dans un intervalle de six mois. L’étalonnage n’est pas

impératif, mais la précision de l’ACE II diminue constamment sans étalonnage. Envoyez l’ACE II avec la mention «Alkomat Sce

étalonnage» à l’adresse de l’entreprise ﬁgurant sur la facture fournie avec l’appareil. Nous recommandons l’expédition

par colis aﬁn qu’en cas de perte, la preuve de la fourniture ou la tâche de recherche soient possibles.

   

6. Messages d’alertes:

6.1. Echantillon d’air expiré insufﬁsant: Le message . Cela signiﬁe que FLOW

l’appareil ACE II ne dispose pas d’un échantillon d’air expiré sufﬁsant pour une analyse.

Rallumez l’appareil ACE II et, après afﬁchage du message soufﬂez plus fort et sans BLOW

interruption dans l’embout durant quatre secondes jusqu’à ce que vous entendiez deux bips

brefs et que vous ressentiez deux « chocs » dans l’ACE II.

6.2. Alerte alimentation:

Si vous voyez le message les piles sont usées. Remplacez les piles par des pules BAT

neuves du type AAA (Mini, LR03) 1,5 alcalines. N’utilisez pas de batteries.

Les processus décrits sous 5 et 6 peuvent varier en raison des modiﬁcations effectuées sur le produit. Ces modiﬁcations

peuvent intervenir sans préavis et sans adaptation de la notice d’utilisation et ne constituent pas un motif de réclamation,

de retour ou de réduction de prix. Il est de la responsabilité de l’utilisateur de déterminer les différences entre la notice

d’utilisation et la manipulation effective le l’appareil ACE II et de réagir en conséquence.

10. Garantie et responsabilité :

10.1. Garantie:

La société ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH accorde pour le produit auquel la présente garantie et déclaration de responsabilité

est jointe – pour toutes ses versions et dénominations – une garantie de deux ans après la date d’achat sur les défauts de matériel

et de fabrications, une garantie d’un an sur le capteur. Cette garantie comprend l’électronique et le boîtier ou se rapporte au capteur

sans les composants de prélèvement d’échantillons. Ne sont pas garantis les composants qui sont nécessairement détruits lors de

leur fonctionnement (par exemple, les fusibles). La garantie s’applique à compter de la date de livraison ou de la date de la première

mise en service (la période la plus courte s’applique), sauf mention contraire dans les documents joints au produit de la société ACE

Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH

10.2 Garantie et limitation de responsabilité:

10.2.1. Limitation concernant le produit: La société ACE Handels- und Ent wicklungs GmbH rejette toute autre garantie, explicite ou

tacite, y compris sa capacité à répondre aux exigences du marché et son adaptation à une utilisation déterminée. La garantie ne

s’applique pas, en particulier, à l’étalonnage. Après le remplacement du capteur, l’étalonnage est impératif. En cas de nécessité de

remplacement de capteur et/ ou d’étalonnage, un devis est soumis, le cas échéant, à l’utilisateur. Si l’utilisateur refuse le devis, la

société ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH renvoie le produit non réparé / non étalonné et le produit est identiﬁé en tant que

tel. Si le produit ne répond pas à cette garantie, alors la prétention de l’acheteur et les obligations de la société ACE Handels- und

Entwicklungs GmbH se limitent exclusivement et à la libre appréciation de la société ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH à

l’échange ou à la réparation des marchandises concernées ou au remboursement du prix d’achat des marchandises faisant l’objet

d’une réclamation.

10.2.2. Limites concernant l’utilisation: La responsabilité de la société ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH n’est absolument pas

engagée dans le cas de dommages complémentaires, collatéraux ou subséquents, comme le manque à gagner ou l’indisponibilité,

résultant de la vente, la fabrication ou l’utilisation des produits vendus soumis à la présente exclusion de responsabilité, indépendam-

ment du fait que ces prétentions résultent de contrats, de négligence ou autres actes fautifs.

Le produit auquel la présente garantie et déclaration de responsabilité est jointe, et quelle qu’en soit la version et la dénomination,

ne saurait servir de preuve juridique pour déterminer la capacité d’une personne à conduire un véhicule ou pour effectuer un acte

entraînant la mise en danger de soi-même ou d’autrui sous l’inﬂuence de l’alcool. Le contrôle soigneux de tous les produits en

termes de dommages à la réception, l’étalonnage approprié à l’utilisation prévue par l’acheteur et l’utilisation, la mise en service et

l’entretien conformes selon les instructions des documents fournis par la société ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH sont des

conditions impératives à la validité de la présente garantie. Les travaux de réparations ou d’entretien effectués par un personnel non

qualiﬁé entraînent l’extinction de la garantie au même titre que l’utilisation de matériaux consommables ou de pièces de rechange

non validés. Comme pour tous les produits à haut niveau technique, la condition de base, également impérative pour la validité

de la garantie accordée par la société ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH, est que tous les utilisateurs de ces produits soient

familiarisés avec l’utilisation, les possibilités et les limites du produit tels que décrits dans les documents joints au produit.

10.2.3. Limites concernant le conseil: L’acheteur conﬁrme avoir vériﬁé, sous sa seule et entière responsabilité, l’utilisation prévue

des marchandises achetées et leur conformité au motif d’utilisation. Il est expressément convenu entre les parties que tout conseil

technique ou autre de la société ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH concernant l’utilisation des marchandises ou les prestations

a été fourni gratuitement et au risque exclusif de l’acheteur. Ainsi, aucune obligation ou responsabilité n’est dévolue à cet égard à la

société ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH découlant des recommandations ou des résultats.
