Code button To set security code
Ring Button To set number of ring from start to answer

When the machine is first powered up, the A/M will carry out a self-functional testing for 5 seconds and
the Dual digit display will start to running until this testing complete. Then, it will sound with a long beep
as well as a â00â show on the display. The A/M goes to the standby mode.
Answering Machine Operation
1.Turn on and off the answering machine
Press and hold the âOn/Offâ button by 2sec The answering machine is activated on when it is
originally in off mode. It will prompt âAnswering
machine on, Announcement oneâ and a short beep is
followed. The display will shows the number of
message being recorded.
Press the âOn/OFFâ button again (During A/M at
standby mode). To select OGM2.
A short beep will be heard then prompt
âAnnouncement twoâ. Switch to âanswer onlyâ mode.
Press again to switch back to âAnswer and record
modeâ. To select back to OGM1.
After a short beep, then prompt âAnnouncement oneâ.
Switch to answer and record mode, answer with
recorded OGM.
Press and hold the âOn/Offâ button again (for 2sec) The answering machine is turn off. Prompt
âAnswering offâ and two short beep will be heard.
The display will shows two dash â- -â.
Note: When the answering machine is powered on, the status of the DTAM should be defaulted as in
answer ON mode.
2. Set up the answering machine
2.1 OGM recording
Press and hold âOGMâ button for 2 seconds After a long beep, A/M start the OGM recording and
the display shows â Orâ to indicate OGM recording.
Press âStopâ button to end recording. A long beep to indicate stop recording then play the
OGM once and followed be a long beep. The display
shows âOPâ to indicate O PGM layback.
Press âOGMâ once. To play the announcement once again, similarly âOPâ
is displaying on the 7-segment.
To recall the default OGM by press the âDeleteâ key
during OGM playback
Default announcement will be play on the speaker.
Toggle OGM1 or OGM2 By press the âSTOPâ key once, the A/M will prompt
âAnnouncement twoâ & display âo2â, To press âSTOPâ
key again, it will prompt âAnnouncement oneâ &
display âo2â.
Note: Default OGM1 â such as âSorry I canât answer call now, please leave your message after the beepâ,
Default OGM2 â such as âPlease call laterâ.
The time duration of OGM recording should be with 2 seconds < duration < 2 min.
2.2 Set day and time, the default day and time is âSunday, 12:00â
Press and hold the âTimeâ button for 2 seconds
(Set day of week)
After a short beep, the A/M is ready to set the day of
week, then, prompt â Please set day, pause, then
prompt current day. The symbol âCLâ will display on
the 7-segment too.
Press âFFâ or âRWâ to select days Prompt at each selection.
Press âTimeâ button to accept day setting and jump to
âhours settingâ
Prompt âPlease set timeâ, pause then prompt current
hour.
Press âFFâ or âRWâ to select hours Prompt at each selection.
Press âTimeâ button to accept the hour setting and Prompt âPlease set minuteâ, pause then prompt current
