Step 3:
Secure Support Brackets with Acorn Nuts and tighten ( ).Photo 2

Step 1:
Remove Acorn Nuts (4) from Stud Welds on underside of Utilty Shelf.
Step 2:
Position Support Bracket so holes in Bracket align with Stud Welds
