• To lock out push buttons

• Holds 1 padlock

WARNING:

Product should only be used by personnel properly trained in lockout procedures. Product should only be used on the appropriate application (s).

Follow product instructions for proper application of each product. Properly trained personnel should check to ensure that product is secure and

equipment will not operate. Failure to follow product instructions and warnings may result in serious bodily inury or death.

Vorbereitung:

Vor Anwendung der Verriegelung ist die Befestigung des Sockels zum Anhängen nötig.

Dazu liegen der Verriegelung zwei Sockel bei: Einer zum Aufkleben und einer zur Montage unter dem Druckknopf.

Zur Montage des Klebesockels entfernen Sie den Klebestreifen und platzieren ihn so, dass die Verriegelung den Knopf vollständig umschließen kann.

Zur Montage des festen Sockels kann der Not-Aus-Schalter von geschultem Personal auseinandergebaut werden, um den Sockel wie in der Abbildung unter den

Druckknopf zu befestigen.

Preparation:

Fixing a socket is needed before use of the device is possible.

Therefore, two sockets are enclosed. One to glue on and one for mounting at the button.

For mounting of the socket with adhesive tape, place it, so that the device will be able to clasp the button.

For mounting of the fixed socket, the push button can be dismounted by trained staff, and the fixture placed under the push button as shown in the picture.

Place the lockout device

Close the lockout

device around the

Make sure, that the

lockout device is

properly mounted and

fixed.

Pass a padlock shackle

through the eyelet and

close the lock.

Anwendung:

Setzen Sie die

Verriegelung in

geöffneter Position um

den Sockel des

Not-Aus-Schalters.

Schließen sie die

Verriegelung

um den Schalter.

Vergewissern Sie sich,

dass die Verriegelung

ordnungsgemäß

angebracht ist.

Führen Sie den Bügel

des Vorhangschlosses

durch die Öse und

verschließen Sie das

Schloss.

Préparation :

Avant d‘utiliser le système de verrouillage, il est nécessaire de fixer le socle pour l‘accrocher.

Pour ce faire, deux socles sont joints au dispositif de verrouillage : L‘un à coller et l‘autre à monter sous le bouton-poussoir.

Pour monter le socle adhésif, retirez la bande adhésive et placez-la de manière à ce que le verrouillage puisse entourer complètement le bouton.

Pour le montage du socle fixe, le bouton d‘arrêt d‘urgence peut être démonté par un personnel formé afin de fixer le socle sous le bouton-poussoir comme indiqué

sur le schéma.

Antes de utilizar el bloqueo, es necesario fijar la base para colgarla.

Con el bloqueo se incluyen dos bases: Una para pegar y otra para montar debajo del pulsador.

Para montar la base adhesiva, retire la tira adhesiva y colóquela de forma que el bloqueo pueda rodear completamente el botón.

Para colocar la base fija, el interruptor de parada de emergencia puede ser desmontado por personal capacitado para colocar la base debajo del pulsador,

como se muestra en la ilustración.
