The Einhell Metal
House
is made of a special coated steel sheet, which gets
its
definite
colour
by a powder varnish
ing
procedure during a 3-phase varnishing process.
Due to the worldwide patented SNAPTITE connection assembly system, no riveted joint is needed and the number of
bolted connections is reduced by 2/3, compared with conventional bolting systems.
Instead of screwing the single wall elements onto the baseboard, the molded wall elements are simply put and snapped
into the SNAPTITE baseboard. Additionally the metal house has to be fixed on the ground at several places. (Fixing
material not included).
The metal house was tested with a snow load of 50 kg/m² and stands wind speeds up to 147 km per hour.
