4.4 Luidsprekervolume:

Alleen tijdens het gesprek kunt u het

luidspreker-volume instellen. U heeft

de keuze uit 5 niveau’s. Gebruik de

toetsen en om het volume te

verhogen of te verlagen.

4.5 Toetsblokkering:

Om te voorkomen dat u per onge-

luk een toets indrukt, kunt u het

toetsenbord blokkeren: houd ruim

2 seconden toets ingedrukt om

de toetsblokkering in te schakelen.

4.6 R/Flash:

Druk tijdens het gesprek op toets R

om een FLASH puls te geven.

4.7 Mute (microfoon uit):

6 TELEFOONBOEK

6.1 Introductie:

Het telefoonboekgeheugen van de

handset heeft een capaciteit van

50 telefoonnummers van 24 cijfers

maximaal. Bij elk nummer kunt u een

naam van maximaal 12 karakters

programmeren. Het telefoonboek-

geheugen is gekoppeld aan de

functie NummerWeergave, wordt

u gebeld door iemand wiens naam

met nummer u in het geheugen heeft

geprogrammeerd dan wordt naast

het nummer ook de naam van deze

persoon op het display van uw hand-

set getoond.

6.2 Inprogrammeren:

druk op toets MENU en op toets OK

druk op toets OK en voer via het

toetsenbord de naam in

druk op toets OK en voer via het

toetsenbord het telefoonnummer in

druk gedurende 2 seconden op toets

# om een kiespauze in te voegen

druk op toets OK

6.3 Geheugen inzien en kiezen:

druk op de telefoonboektoets en

zoek het gewenste geheugen op

druk op de telefoon-aan toets; het

nummer wordt gekozen

uitschakelen:

neem de handset uit de basis of de

oplader en druk gedurende 2 secon-

den op de telefoon-uit toets om de

handset volledig uit te schakelen

inschakelen:

nogmaals gedurende 2 seconden op

de telefoon-uit toets drukken om de

handset weer in te schakelen

Ook als u de handset terug in de

basis of oplader plaatst, wordt deze

ingeschakeld.

4.11 Gespreksduur:

Gedurende het telefoongesprek

wordt de gespreksduur op het dis-

play van de handset weergegeven

10 Seconden nadat u de verbinding

heeft verbroken, verdwijnt de ge-

spreksduur van het display.

5 NUMMERHERHALING

Elke handset onthoudt de laatste

5 nummers die u met die handset

heeft gekozen. Als volgt kunt u deze

opnieuw kiezen:

druk op de herhaaltoets

het laatst door u gekozen nummer

verschijnt in het display

zoek het gewenste laatst ge-

kozen nummer en druk op de

telefoon-aan toets; het nummer

wordt gekozen

kopiëren naar telefoonboek-

geheugen / wissen

druk op de herhaaltoets

zoek het gewenste nummer

om de microfoon uit te schakelen.

Nogmaals op toets drukken om de

microfoon weer in te schakelen.

4.8 Handset zoekfunctie:

In het geval u de handset kwijt bent,

kunt u deze eenvoudig als volgt

terugvinden:

druk onder op de basis kort op toets

Gedurende 30 seconden gaat de bel

van de handset over en licht de tekst

‘PAGING’ in het display op. Na 30

seconden stopt het signaal of druk

op een willkeurige toets (handset) of

nogmaals op toets (basis) om het

signaal voortijdig te beëindigen.

4.9 VoiceMail melding: ( ) (*)

In het geval er een VoiceMail bericht

voor u is achtergelaten bij de tele-

foonmaatschappij, dan wordt dit in

het display van de handset ge-

meld door het oplichten van een

boodschapsymbool.

Zodra u dit bericht heeft beluisterd,

dooft dit symbool. Ook als u de in-

stellingen reset (zie paragraaf 11.2),

dooft dit symbool.

*: Deze functie is alleen beschik-

baar op het FSK systeem en indien

ondersteund door de telefoonmaat-

schappij.

4.10 Handset uitschakelen:

Om batterijspanning te sparen of

indien u in het geheel niet gestoord

wenst te worden, kunt u de handset

volledig uitschakelen:

1. open het batterijcompartiment door

de batterijdeksel naar onder weg

te schuiven

2. plaats de meegeleverde batterijen

zoals aangegeven in het batterij-

compartiment

3. schuif de batterijdeksel terug op de

handset en plaats de handset in

de basis/oplader

4. de handset 15 uur op de basis of

houder/oplader laten staan om de

batterijen goed op te laden

4 TELEFONEREN

4.1 oproep aannemen:

druk op de telefoon-aan toets

om een oproep aan te nemen

4.2 Oproep beëindigen:

druk op de telefoon-uit toets om

een oproep te beëindigen

U kunt ook de handset terug in de

basis of houder/oplader plaatsen om

de oproep te beëindigen.

4.3 Nummers kiezen:

3 INSTALLEREN

3.1 Basis:

Telefoonaansluiting:

1. het kleine stekkertje aan het

telefoonsnoer onder in de basis in

aansluiting TEL.LINE steken (het

stekkertje aandrukken tot u een

klik hoort)

2. de telefoonstekker in de telefoon-

wandcontactdoos steken

Voeding:

1. het adapterplugje onder in de ba-

sis, in aansluiting DC 6V steken

2. de adapter in een 230 Volt stop-

contact steken

3.2 Houder/oplader:

Is uw telefoon geleverd met meer-

dere handsets, dan worden voor de

extra handsets aparte houders/opla-

ders meegeleverd. Doe de adapter

van deze opladers in een 230 Volt

stopcontact.

6.4 Corrigeren:

druk op toets MENU

druk op toets OK en selecteer

BEWERK GEGEV

druk op de OK-toets en zoek het

gewenste contact

druk op toets OK en op toets om

de naam te wissen

voer via het toetsenbord de nieuwe

naam in en druk op toets OK

herhaal dit voor het nummer en druk

op toets OK

6.5 Wissen:

druk op toets MENU

WISSEN (alleen dit nummer wissen)

of ALLES WISSEN

druk op de OK-toets en zoek het

gewenste contact

druk 2x op toets OK om dit contact of

alle contacten te wissen

7 NUMMERWEERGAVE

7.1 Introductie:

Indien u beschikt over de dienst Num-

merWeergave, dan wordt het nummer

van de opbellende partij op het display

van uw handset(s) weergegeven.

Stuurt uw telefoonmaatschappij ook

namen door of heeft u dit nummer,

inclusief naam, in het telefoonboek-

geheugen van de handset gepro-

grammeerd, dan wordt afwisselend de

naam en het nummer op het display

weergegeven.

De PDX-500 serie is geschikt voor zo-

wel het DTMF systeem, aangeboden

door de Nederlandse PTT als voor het

FSK systeem, aangeboden door de

Belgische PTT en door de kabelmaat-

schappijen in Nederland en in België

voor zover deze telefonie aanbieden.

7.2 Indicatie nieuwe oproep ( ):

indicatie dat u een of meer nieuwe

oproepen heeft ontvangen die u nog

niet gezien heeft

7.3 Geheugen inzien:

de laatst ingekomen oproep

verschijnt in het display

blader door het geheugen

druk op toets # om de tijd en de

datum van de oproep te zien

(als een naam weergegeven wordt,

dan moet u 2x op OK drukken voor

de tijd en de datum)

7.4 Terugbellen:

de laatst ingekomen oproep

verschijnt in het display

zoek de gewenste oproep op

druk op de telefoon-aan toets;

het nummer wordt gekozen

7.5 kopiëren / wissen:

open het NummerWeergavegeheu-

gen en zoek de gewenste oproep

druk op toets MENU en selecteer:

BEWAREN om dit nummer in deze

handset te bewaren, WISSEN om

deze oproep te wissen of ALLES

WISSEN om alle ingekomen oproe-

pen te wissen

druk op de OK-toets en volg de

instructies op het display

8 TIJD & DATUM

8.1 Introductie:

In rust kunt u het display de actuele

tijd laten weergeven (toets even

ingedrukt houden) en bij inkomende

oproepen wordt de tijd en de datum

van deze oproep genoteerd. Als volgt

stelt u de tijd en de datum in:

8.2 Tijd en datum instellen:

open het menu en selecteer KLOK &

ALARM

druk op de OK-toets en selecteer

DATUM/TIJD

druk op de OK-toets en geef achter-

eenvolgens via het toetsenbord in:

- de laatste 2 cijfers van het jaar

- de maand (gebruik 2 cijfers)

- de datum (gebruik 2 cijfers)

druk op de OK-toets en geef achter-

eenvolgens via het toetsenbord in:

- de uren (gebruik 2 cijfers)

- de minuten (gebruik 2 cijfers)

druk op de OK-toets en op de tele-

foon-uit toets om terug te keren naar

de ruststand van de handset

9 ALARM (WEK) FUNCTIE

9.1 Introductie:

U kunt de handset op een voorin-

gestelde tijd een alarm- of wektoon

laten klinken.

9.2 Alarmtijd instellen:

open het menu en selecteer KLOK &

ALARM

druk op de OK-toets en selecteer

ALARM

druk op de OK-toets en selecteer:

UIT om de alarmfunctie uit te scha-

kelen, EENMALIG AAN om het alarm

eenmalig te laten klinken of DAGEL.

AAN om het alarm elke dag te laten

klinken

bij EENMALIG AAN en DAGEL. AAN:

druk op de OK-toets en voer de

alarmtijd in

druk op de OK-toets en op de tele-

foon-uit toets om terug te keren naar

de ruststand van de handset

bij een ingeschakelde alarmfunctie

licht in het display het wekkersym-

bool op

9.3 Alarmsignaal instellen:

open het menu en selecteer KLOK &

ALARM

druk op de OK-toets en selecteer

ALARMMELODIE

druk op de OK-toets en selecteer de

gewenste toon

(u heeft de keuze uit 3 verschillende

signalen, het volume is vast inge-

steld)

druk op de OK-toets en op de tele-

foon-uit toets om terug te keren naar

de ruststand van de handset

9.4 Werking:

• Op het ingesteld tijdstip zal het

alarmsignaal gedurende 60

seconden afgaan of druk op een

willekeurig toets om het signaal

voortijdig te stoppen.

• Ook als de toetsblokkering is

ingeschakeld kunt u het alarm

uitschakelen.

• Het volume van het alarmsignaal

is vast ingesteld.

• Indien u een telefoongesprek voert

op het moment dat de alarmtoon

klinkt, dan klinken in de hoorn drie

korte toontjes. Na dit telefoon-

gesprek klinkt het alarm signaal

alsnog.

10 MULTIHANDSET

10.1 Intercom:

druk op toets INT

zodra het opgeroepen toestel de

oproep aanneemt kunt u het interne

gesprek voeren

druk op de telefoon-uit toets om het

gesprek te beëindigen

10.2 Doorverbinden / conferentie:

druk tijdens het gesprek met de

buitenlijn op toets INT

doorverbinden:

druk, zodra de oproep aangenomen

wordt, op de telefoon-uit toets om het

gesprek door te verbinden

conferentie:

druk, zodra de oproep aangenomen

wordt, op toets OK om het 3-gesprek

te beginnen

10.3 aanmelden (extra) handsets:

basis:

houd op de basis toets gedurende

8 seconden ingedrukt

handset:

open het menu en selecteer

de optie

[ GEAVANC INST ]

druk op toets OK en selecteer de

optie [ AANMELDEN ]

druk op toets OK en voer via het

toetsenbord de PIN-code in (de

fabriekscode 0000 of uw persoonlijke

code)

druk op toets OK, de handset gaat

nu op zoek naar de basis

Na enkele seconden heeft de hand-

set de basis gevonden en wordt

rechts in het display het interne

handsetnummer weergegeven

10.5 Afmelden draadloze handsets:

Selecteer hiervoor de optie [ AFMEL-

DEN ] in menu [ GEAVANC INST ].

11 DE TELEFOON INSTELLEN

11.1 INSTELLEN HANDSET:

druk op toets MENU om het menu te

openen

selecteer de optie [ PERS INSTEL ]

en druk op toets OK

selecteer de gewenste optie en druk

op toets OK

[ HANDSETNAAM ]

U kunt de handset een eigen naam

geven. Als de handset in rust is, kan

deze naam op het display van de

handset weergegeven worden.

[ GELUIDEN ]

Hier kunt u de beltoon en het bel-

volume instellen en of u een toontje

wilt horen telkens als u een van de

toetsen indrukt

[ TAAL ]

De diverse instructies op het display

kunnen in verschillende talen worden

weergegeven. U kunt hier de taal

instellen.

In het geval u een vreemde taal heeft

ingesteld en niet meer weet hoe u

moet terugkeren naar de Nederland-

se taal, handel dan als volgt:

1. 3x telefoon-uit toets drukken

2. 1x toets MENU drukken

3. 1x toets drukken

4. 1x toets OK drukken

5. 2x toets drukken

6. 1x toets OK drukken

7. selecteer met de toetsen en

de Nederlandse taal en druk op

toets OK om deze taal te beves-

tigen

8. 1x telefoon-uit toets drukken

11.2 INSTELLEN BASIS:

druk op toets MENU om het menu te

openen

selecteer de optie [ GEAVANC INST ]

en druk op toets OK

selecteer de gewenste optie en druk

op toets OK

[ WIJZIG ]

Voor het aan- en afmelden van extra

handsets en voor sommige instel-

lingen heeft u een PIN-code nodig.

Vanaf de fabriek is deze PIN-code

0000 maar in deze menu-optie kunt

u deze code in een persoonlijke code

wijzigen.

Zie item [ RESET ] als u de PIN-code

kwijt bent.

[ AANMELDEN ]

Deze functie staat uitgebreid be-

schreven in hoofdstuk 10.3.

[ AFMELDEN ]

U kunt hier verloren of defecte hand-

sets afmelden.

[ RESETTEN ]

Indien u het overzicht met betrekking

tot de instellingen kwijt bent, of u

bent de PIN-code kwijt of vergeten,

dan kunt u hier de fabrieksinstellin-

gen terughalen. Let op dat behalve

het terugzetten van de instellingen

naar de fabrieksinstellingen, ook de

PIN-code nu weer 0000 is en dat het

NummerWeergave-geheugen en het

laatstenummergeheugen leeg zijn.

Het telefoonboekgeheugen wordt

niet gewist.

[ FLASHDUUR ]

De verbreeksduur van de R/FLASH-

puls kunt u hier instellen op KORT

(100mS), MIDDEL (270mS) of LANG

(600mS).

Raadpleeg de gebruiksaanwijzing

van uw huis- of kantoorcentrale of uw

telefoonmaatschappij met betrekking

tot de gewenste verbreeksduur.

100mS is de gestandaardiseerde

verbreeksduur in de Benelux en deze

tijd is vanaf de fabriek al ingesteld.

4.4 Volume de l’haut-parleur:

4.6 R/Flash:

4.7 Mute (microphone désactivé) :

Appuyez brièvement sur la touche

pendant l’appel pour désactiver le

microphone, appuyez à nouveau une

fois brièvement sur la touche pour

réactiver le microphone.

tiver l’option souhaitée et suivez les

instructions sur l’écran

6 ANNUAIRE

6.1 Introduction :

Le téléphone a un annuaire avec une

capacité de 50 numéros de télépho-

ne de 24 chiffres au maximum. Vous

pouvez programmer un nom pour

chaque numéro de 12 caractères au

maximum.

La mémoire annuaire est liée à la

fonction Afchage-Numéro ; si vous

recevez un appel de quelqu’un dont

vous avez programmé le nom avec

numéro dans la mémoire, le nom

aussi bien que le numéro de cette

personne seront être afchés sur

l’écran.

6.2 Programmer :

appuyez sur la touche MENU et sur

la touche OK

appuyez sur la touche OK et insérez

le nom via le clavier

appuyez sur la touche OK et insérez

le numéro de téléphone via le clavier

appuyez pendant 2 secondes sur la tou-

che # pour insérer une pause de choix

appuyez sur la touche OK

6.3 Rappeler :

appuyez sur la touche mémoire

annuaire et recherchez la mémoire

souhaitée

appuyez sur la touche télépho-

ne-marche, le numéro est choisi

6.4 Corriger :

appuyez sur la touche MENU

appuyez sur la touche OK et sélec-

tionnez MODIFIER

activer :

appuyez encore à nouveau 2 secon-

des sur la touche téléphone-arrêt

pour réactiver le combiné.

il sera également réactiver quand vous le

mettez sur la base ou dans le chargeur

4.11 Durée de la conversation :

La durée de la conversation est af-

chée sur l’écran du combiné pendant

l’appel

cette annonce s’éteindra 10 secondes

après que la connexion est terminée.

5 REPETITION NUMERO

Chaque combiné retient les 5

derniers numéros choisis avec ce

combiné. Ils peuvent être choisi à

nouveau comme suite :

appuyez sur la touche de

répétition

le dernier numéro choisi est afché

sélectionnez le dernier numéro

choisi désiré et appuyez sur la

touche téléphone-marche ; le

numéro est choisi

copier dans la mémoire annuaire/

effacer :

appuyez sur la touche de

répétition

sélectionnez le dernier numéro

choisi souhaité, appuyez sur la

touche MENU et sélectionnez :

ENREG NUM pour ajouter ce dernier

numéro à la mémoire annuaire,

MODIFIER pour editer le numéro,

SUPPRIMER pour effacer ce dernier

numéro choisi ou SUPPRIM TOUT

pour effacer tous les derniers nu-

méros choisis

4.8 Fonction recherche combiné :

Si vous avez perdu le combiné,

vous pouvez le retrouver facilement

comme suit :

appuyez sur la touche de la base

La sonnerie du combiné résonnera pen-

dant 30 secondes et ‘RECH COMB’ sera

éclaircit sur l’écran du combiné.

Le signal s’arrêt après 30 secondes ou ap-

puyez sur une touche auchoix (combiné)

ou sur la touche (base) pour arrêter le

signal préalablement.

4.9 Annonce VoiceMail : ( )(*)

Si quelqu’un a laissé un message

VoiceMail chez votre entreprise té-

léphonique, ceci vous sera annoncé

sur l’écran du combiné par

l’éclairement du symbole-message

Ce symbole s’éteindra dès que vous

avez écouté le message. Ce symbo-

le s’éteint également lorsque vous

faites en reset des paramètres

(voir paragraphe 11.2).

ble pour le système FSK et si supporté par

nom correspondant, dans l’annuaire

du combiné, ce nom sera également

afché sur l’écran.

Le téléphone est équipé aussi bien

pour le système DTMF, offert par les

PTT hollandais que pour le système

FSK, offert par les PTT belges et les

entreprises de câble en Hollande et

en Belgique, bien-sûre s’ils offrent de

la téléphonie.

6.1 Introduction:

The handset is provided with a

phonebook memory with a ca-

pacity of 50 contacts, each with a

phonenumber of up to 24 digits and a

name of up to 12 characters.

The phone book memory in the

handset is connected to the function

Caller Identication. When you are

called by somebody, whose name

and number you have programmed

in the memory, the name of this

person is also displayed beside

the number on the display of your

handset.

6.2 Programming:

seconds or after pressing a random button

(handset) or when pressing the button

4.9 Voicemail notication: ( )(*)

In case the carrier left a Voicemail

message for you, a notication symbol

will appear in the display of the hand-

set.

This symbol goes off as soon as you

have listened to this message. This

symbol also disappears after reset-

ting the phone (see paragraph 11.2).

*: This function is only available on the

FSK system and when this is supported by

the carrier.

4.10 To switch off the handset:

You can completely switch off the

handset to save battery power or in

case you don’t want to be disturbed:

If you have the service Caller Identi-

cation at your disposal, the number

of the calling party is displayed on

the display of your handset(s). If

your carrier also transmits names, or

you have programmed this number

including name and the phone book

memory of the handset, the name is

also displayed on the display.

The PDX-500 series is suitable for

both the DTMF system, offered by

the Dutch PTT and for the FSK sys-

tem, offered by the Belgian PTT and

by cable companies in the Nether-

lands and Belgium for as far as this

service is offered. See paragraphs

8.6 for more information.

[ UNREGISTER ]

This option allows you to unregister

lost or faulty handsets.

[ RESET ]

In case you’ve forgotten your person-

al settings or the PIN code, you can

use this option to restore the default

factory settings.

Keep in mind that in addition to

resetting your settings, the PIN

code will be 0000 again and the

Caller-ID memory and last dialed

number memory will be empty again.

The phonebook memory will not be

deleted.

[ RECALL TIME ]

You can set the interruption time of

the R/FLASH pulse on SHORT (100

ms), MEDIUM (270 ms) or LONG

(600 ms).

Refer to the user manual of your home or

ofce switchboard or consult your carrier

concerning the desired interruption time.

100 ms is the standardized interruption

time, and this time is set at the factory.
